Trying to cancel my membership they won’t let me over the phone said I have to walk in for it kinda bogus if I can become a member by calling and paying over the phone I should be able to cancel my membership as well over the phone!!! Update you indeed cannot cancel membership over the app apparently you can only cancel by walking in!!!!
Pool is open only certain amount of time, why do I have to pay for it so much , most people go to ymca just because of the pool . They said because they don’t have a lifeguard 😂😂😂May be u guys should lower the price for a membership, I miss this place how it used to be 6 years ago, the same stuff always, same faces who greeted us warm. pool hours were amazing, after exercising men could go to their steam room in a locker room . Now the steam room is unisex, hours for the pool are overwhelming, the staff changes every other month. And it doesn’t feel the same welcome like it used to be . I think after that renovations they are trying to compensate their expenses. Obviously there are a lot members thinks the same way. I decided to cancel a membership, I hope everyone will do the same , may be they will give them a lesson how to treat members who pays to enjoy facility and not to go and waste a time and be disappointed
This facility is so cool and my daughter has so much fun taking swim lessons and dance here. It's a great location and a historic building. Also the employees are always so nice and helpful! Shout out to Rachel who went above and beyond to help us register last-minute for gymnastics. The Y is an amazing institution in Green Bay and they do so much to bring our community together!
First of all you must pay for parking, no validation. Outside and inside are both dirty. Only sanitation wipes that were available in the entire facility were in the cardio room. Nothing on the weightlifting floor. Front desk lady was short with me and rude when I tried to make her aware of the facilities lack of cleanliness.
