I went there on 12/1/25 to the ER. I was seen immediately and treated very well, everyone was very professional, caring. I was admitted and my care was great, start to finish especially nurse Casey, more I would name if I had written their names down but especially the fact they used my name each time they came in the room and they introduced themselves each shift change. I wish I knew name of the phlebotomist who was charged with getting my difficult veins to cooperate, she was funny and great. My only negative is on discharge day the Dr didn’t put the orders in till hours later for lack of communication with the nurses who really run the show 💪🏼❤️
I had surgery at St Mary’s Hospital on 01/15/2026. Admissions, surgery and recovery were great. I ended up having to be admitted due to a cardiac event during surgery. Once I got to the floor , the care was terrible. I didn’t see a nurse all day. No one came to change my ice packs and I had nothing to eat for over 12 hours. Not even a cracker. I will not go to St Mary’s again for care.
Good morning, The patient that I was staying with was unable to write a review, but Lenny was such a kind and helpful RN that I needed to leave a review for the patient. I was staying overnight at the hospital, and I won't go into too much detail about the patient's issues or specific care needs, but I will say that it was not fun work involved for this patient. However, Lenny was super compassionate and did not complain at all about the tough work. I felt bad that I couldn't help out at all. There are good people in this world and Lenny is one of them. Thank you for your kindness and may God bless you!
2nd incident with this hospital. Ist one was years ago when I was left unattended for a very long time after receiving some liquids I was supposed to be xrayed with after I pushed the button several times..now today I was told by the dentist I would need and emergency referral from the hospital to have my tooth removed immediately and even though the hospital said yes its assessed and needs to come out refused a referral? Can anyone explain that? Don't go here.
My son Carson Johnson was seen tonight here an was treated horribly and was disrespected on every level. The staff was disrespectful did not listen an did nothing ... Also nurse stated they didn't have anyone to do a MRI at four in the am and also said his insurance wouldn't pay for the MRI.... Then the further their disrespectfulness they refused to treat an told him to leave an called the cops on him and made him go outside in -10 degrees... Also they tried given him meds without telling him what he was getting and if he hadn't asked and told them no I don't want it they given it to him.... They treated him Soo disrespectful an I have it recorded and I told them it was recorded so she left the rm... Which resulted to him being discharged immediately and they called the cops trying to say he was acting out an being the problem when it was the staff tonight there. I would like this addressed asap bc we are reporting it to the VA an authorities. This is very distasteful an sad that they lie or even give meds without asking if he wanted in the first place. He came in by ambulance an dislocated his shoulder an fell all evidence there all he wanted was to make sure nothing was torn ECT ...we prayed for you all bc this is not ok an very disturbing an not ok so yes we will be reporting to a lot. Y'all have a blessed day an God will protect us an you all will be addressed an proper discipline will be addressed by your bosses believe that!!!
