My daughter was being bitten daily for a week by the same child. Bite marks that broke skin. I called crying out of rage that they still let this kid play alone with my daughter and of course she got bit again. That same child bit the directors child one time and they finally removed the kid. Funny how they take it seriously when its her own kid right? My daughter was also pushed to the floor by a worker here because she was shooing her away. She didn't see that I was standing behind her. My daughter fell and cried and the worker just stood there, didn't go to help her up or comfort her. I grabbed her and left and ever since then that worker was rude to me. I was definitely treated poorly by some of the women for being young. Another parent was smoking weed in the parking lot and when I brought it up to them they did not a single thing. The mom drove her kids home high. These workers are mandated reporters. They did nothing to ensure the future safety of those kids. Edited to add: The workers were also CONSTANTLY on their phones. Everytime I came in multiple heads buried in their screens EVERY DAY. This was a few years ago. Hopefully there's new, more compassionate and more appropriate staff.

This location I can say has a great team of girls who genuinely care about all the children who attend. I know when I leave my little she is well cared for and having fun. The center Director Amber has a innate ability to sense how her teachers would fit in within the center and does a really great job bringing in the right type of person for that position. If something comes up Amber is right on it and it's tooken care of. There is a sense of family here with everyone and it feels very reassuring. Every time my little ages out of her classroom I can't seem to believe we could love the next teacher as much as the last, but we do! Children have a good sense of people and my little runs into daycare ready to start her day with her teacher and friends. They have worked with us through my littles drop off tantrums(soon as I am outta sight it's over lol) but because all the teachers are gentle and caring it made it easier and now she runs in there. I will be sad one day when she ages out all together but what wonderful memories we have and lots of pictures of them! I would recommend this daycare location to anyone. Amber has a strong team shes built and I'm glad we found them :)) I cannot forget to address how much my little has learned and everyday they do fun activities. She would not be at this level without all the hands on learning shes had.

I absolutely love this daycare. My family has been here for a couple of years and the director, Miss Amber is amazing. She’s the sweetest person ever and is absolutely so caring for each family. The teachers have such a caring heart and I’m so happy with the education here. My kids are so smart and all of the hands on activities they set up each day for my children to learn is excellent. Each week they are getting more intelligent with different skills and learning about the world with all the basics of course. This center is so clean and organized. I have had a bad experience with another daycare prior to attending Berkshire KinderCare and I can assure you I have never had a bad experience here and I feel my children are safe and cared for here everyday. Amber and teachers are the best and this mama recommends Berkshire KinderCare to all of the families because we sure are grateful this daycare is the best!

The staff here are amazing! They are very caring and thoughtful. They never gave up on my son as he was going through different therapy services. We love it here and highly recommend it for your childcare needs!

I’ve only been bringing my kids here for a few months but I love it and so do my kids. They enjoy going to school and have tons of fun! The teachers are great and very nice, they respond quickly and make sure to help you with any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend this daycare for any family looking for good care of their kids!
