Kindercare is the best daycare and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe, loving daycare for their child/children. My son has been enrolled in 3 other schools and Kindercare was the best decision I ever made. My son loves the school and every employee. I love them so much that I enrolled my 2 year old son. The teachers are so welcoming, loving and attentive. They care for the kids as if they are their own. If an incident happens to occur, I am notified immediately. I love their app! I get updates and beautiful pictures of my kids throughout the day keeping me informed of their progress. My oldest son needed a behavioral therapist and with their help and guidance I was able to get a therapist and have her come to the school. My son’s education and knowledge has progressed tremendously since starting. I am an overprotective parent and I can say, I feel safe leaving my kids at Kindercare. I love the teachers, the director is awesome and informative. I’m glad I made the choice to enroll my kids.

I absolutely love it here ! My daughter has gain more interest in learning. All the teachers are amazing! Ms. Sonia ( Director) always goes over and beyond for all her students early educational goals.What a great start !

I absolutely love this daycare center! From day one the director has been completely involved with the smooth transition & consistent positive development of my daughter. Not to mention all of the teachers and if there is ever an issue, it gets addressed right away. I love how comfortable I feel that I am able to leave my daughter all day while I have to work. I don’t feel anxious or worried. I know that she is in loving arms and is being genuinely cared for under great supervision. Not every daycare center has a director that actually knows every single child and actually takes part in each day to day activities. My daughter never wants to leave every day when I go to pick her up because she enjoys it so much. I won’t be using any other daycare center ever unless the staff were to change. That is who makes my daughter feel so secure.

in my almost 2 years of having my daughter in this daycare i have had nothing but issues in this daycare. From my child being bitten, hit, having knots on her head, daycare not following her dietary restrictions, to now her not being supervised while learning how to potty train. Her not being supervised caused her to end up in the hospital and somehow she had a foreign object (piece of a baby wipe container) inside of her private area. I am highly upset about this happening and advice you please do not send your child to this location. In addition, the teachers in this location either speak no english and don't understand you or they speak little english and don't know how to speak correctly and tell you certain things. Another issue is the attitude problem I encountered when starting my 7 month old in the baby room being yelled at that I needed to buy her the correct socks even though she had her correct baby socks on. My daughter is 2 and it has been escalated to dcf being involved with the daycare. Put it this way, the daycare self reported themselves because their teachers in the twos classroom reported they thought these 2 year olds were "self sufficient" and needed "privacy" while using the bathroom. Me as a new mother was highly upset im very frustrated this happened and find myself writing a review to alert other parents and hopefully spread awareness of looking into this center. I do appreciate the cooperation of MS stephanie however it saddens me I needed to even encounter this issue with a daycare I thought I could trust with my babies.

Honestly, I wanted to like this daycare but I just can’t. I removed my child from this location because they weren’t progressing. In previous care I could tell what was being learned & new good habits came home. Since being at this location my child hasn’t learned one thing. There was atleast twice where we picked my child up and their diaper was so full we had to take it off to put them in their car seat. Walk in and they are short staffed but still a lot of kids in the class. There were only 2 teachers that showed any type of love/care that I could clearly see. Ms.Nikki & Jasmine but they can’t carry this location. They bad definitely outweighs the good. I wasn’t even going to write a review until I saw they were listed at a 4.2 this place is a 2 at best! & of course we all want the best for our child this just isn’t it. Other comments are correct the staff barely speak English which you should definitely know how to communicate well when it comes to someone’s kids. They need training & more staff. This is subpar care
