I am so grateful for Ms. Monica and the entire teaching team at kinder. My daughter has absolutely thrived in this space and the growth we’ve seen in her confidence, social skills, and excitement to learn has been incredible. The teachers are not only patient and nurturing but also truly invested in each child’s development. Their love and support shine through every day, and it’s clear they create an environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my daughter, and I am so very thankful for the amazing care and dedication she receives here! Ms Taylor, Ms Monica, Ms Rachel and Ms Tina, we adore you guys!

Five Stars for Eagle Ridge KinderCare a favorite school of Play-Ground Theatre! Thank you Tina, the Director, Big Hugs to Rachel, the Assistant Director and Hats off to, Andrea - these three ladies are an outstanding team and always make our in house field trips a joy! We had a fantastic experience with the awesome kids and teachers: Taylor, Deanna, Rubi, Shelby, Heather and Monica. This school is a clean, bright, happy and nurturing place with staff that care about your kids. Can't wait to visit Eagle Ridge KinderCare again!

Our family loves the Eagle Ridge Kindercare! My oldest (6) started attending in 2020, my middle child (3) is currently in their preschool and my youngest (6 months) starts soon. The administrative staff - Tina and Rachel - are amazing and just what this center needed after a rough few months when the previous director left. They are communicative and always around, providing comfort when you have to leave your kids. Beyond that, my son loves them both and that is the most obvious sign that they are wonderful. After some turnover last year, I feel like the current teacher roster is working out very well. The teachers are engaging with the kids and myself, we get a ton of photos everyday and my son really is thriving in the environment. We're very happy with our experience and would highly recommend!!

We have two young children who attend Kindercare Eagle Ridge. Our recent experience has been nothing short of exceptional, especially with the recent improvements in leadership. Ms. Tina and Ms. Rachel have truly transformed the center into a nurturing and thriving environment for our children. From the moment you step into Kindercare Eagle Ridge, you can feel the positive energy and organization that Ms. Tina and Ms. Rachel have instilled. The facility is always clean and well-organized, which speaks volumes about their dedication to maintaining a safe and welcoming space for all the kids. One of our favorite additions is the little library. It's such a thoughtful feature that encourages early literacy and sparks a love for reading in the children. Our children are always excited to see what’s new and pick out a book to borrow. All the staff at are incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that each child feels valued and supported. It's evident that they have a genuine passion for what they do, and it reflects in the smiles and laughter of the children each day. The teachers our children see on a daily basis have had a lasting impact. We are so grateful to have found a daycare center where we can confidently leave our children, knowing they are in the best hands. Thank you, Ms. Tina and Ms. Rachel, for your incredible leadership and for creating such a wonderful environment for our little ones to learn and grow. Highly recommend!

I have been sending my children to Eagle Ridge KinderCare since 2021. My daughter started during the pandemic, and recently went into Kindergarten. My son started in October 2025 in the infants room. This KinderCare has a great community of parents, and the teachers are all caring and loving to the kids. Childcare in general has a lot of turnover, and while the center still experiences some, many teachers have been there since I started. The director and assistant directors have always been some of the best people. Each year the center runs a Gallup Workplace survey to gather feedback. During the pandemic I provided feedback on the teachers feeling the stress and the support I felt the director needed at the time. The distric director called me directly to thank me for the feedback and explained the support KinderCare was providing to their employees. While being corporate can be challenging, I think the benefit is that I believe (hope) it's offering more benefits to it's employees which creates higher satisfaction. Childcare workers still deserve so so so much more, but the corporate enviroment creates more consistency for parents and their kiddos. I'm truly thankful for the staff here for always making feel comfortable and supporting my child's development. I highly recommend this center!
