We absolutely love Courtney and the entire team at cradle to crayons! They love our little one like their own, the teachers in every classroom are so sweet and engaging. We truly couldn't ask for more! We had been through other day cares with our older child so we know the difference of what a daycare can be and trust me this place is something special! The employees have been there for years and years and it's just a testament to how well Courtney and Jayna treat the team. The food always smells amazing and my kiddo is always happy! Love it her 😍

I have been sending my child to this daycare for 1.5 years, and while we absolutely adore the staff, I am increasingly concerned about the administration’s approach. In this 1.5 years, they have implemented a staggering 39% increase in their rates, a move that seems a blatant exploitation of the families they know depend on their service. This significant hike in fees is troubling, especially considering that the facilities, amenities, curriculum, and nutrition offered are fairly average, not justifying such a premium price. When I raised my concerns about these aggressive price increases, the response from the administration was disappointingly unprofessional. They suggested that my “mistrust in the company was the underlying issue”, rather than addressing the actual problem. In summary, while the staff at this daycare are wonderful, the administration’s handling of tuition increases and customer concerns significantly detracts from the overall experience, making it hard to justify the high costs. We have since had to make difficult decision of leaving the daycare, uprooting our child from her community and routine due to seemingly greedy tactics by their administration. It’s disheartening to witness a trusted institution take advantage of our reliance on their service.

Cradle to Crayons was my daughter's home away from home for over three years. The reason we left was because my she started kindergarten. It was really hard to say goodbye. They have taken such great care of her for such a long time. Both my wife and I hated to put her in daycare but after the first walk through, we knew we found our place. Many of the teachers here have at least an associates in early childhood development and Courtney the owner encourages the staff to continue their education. So Courtney is awesome and always impressed me on much hard she worked to keep a consistent staff. The staff is the best. Although we never hired any of them as babysitters, a lot of parents did so that says a lot. My daughter fell in love with all of her primary teachers. The teachers are loving caring people who are committed to not just watching the kids but teaching them and helping them grow. They have two years of preschool and she was always busy with activities. I like the facility. It's clean, spacious and fun and of course safe. If you're looking for a daycare or preschool, I can't say enough good things about C2C.

The staff is attentive and friendly. My son's (he is 4) teachers are patient, thoughtful, and they have done a good job of the preschool teaching in his classroom. Everyone knows my son (and my wife and myself) by name. The center is always clean and smells good (as it should). The administrators are on site very consistently, and are easy to reach either in person or by phone whenever we've had a question. I would recommend Cradle To Crayons to my friends.

I love this daycare and recommend it to everyone. My dayghter went there for 5 years and my son is there currently. They both started when they were 3 mo old and o had such peace of mind returning to work. My son attends part time and they are very flexible withy schedule. We have been happy with all of the teachers. Their new facility is great, very spacious and secure.
