The Westgate KinderCare center is great. Both of our kids (2 & 4) enjoy the teachers, activities, and programming. There were some staffing and leadership changes in the first 3-4 months we were there, however, we really appreciate the leadership the new Director, Jessica, has provided over the last few months. The center has come a long way under her management, and we are very happy with it. She is very friendly, the kids love her and the other staff, and we would definitely recommend Westgate to others.

My children enjoy their friends and teachers here. I think the staff and management/assistant director Nicole ....and Kim are very understanding and helpful and do their job the very best they can. They have structure, education, fun, and keep their rooms clean and sanitized. It really should have a higher online rating overall. I've experienced my kids in a bad daycare situation but they made it much better and really took a lot of stress off me and reassured me my kids are doing well and they have come so far. They're doing so well..I honestly love everyone there and the teachers and staff/directors genuinely care about the kids. Thank you all 💕

My son has been going to Kindercare for a year now and he loves it. I feel that he has been taught a lot over the last year and that his social skills have improved greatly. I know that he is safe and well taken care of when I drop him off and I love the daily updates from teachers so I feel more involved. They are always finding new activities to do with him and I have total peace of mind while at work knowing my son it getting the best care. I was worried about joining a center, but after the last year I know that I made the right choice. My son loves going to daycare here.

My daughter was enrolled at Westgate KinderCare for just under 4 months. The director and her specific classroom teacher were both wonderful and fantastic, gave excellent and attentive care, and were extremely open to collaboration with my wife and I. However, when these two gave notice they were leaving, KinderCare made the decision not to communicate with parents until 3 days before their last day and less than a week before closing the classroom entirely. While the direct care professionals at this location are exceptional, KinderCare’s leadership at a higher level does not care about their families and have no regard for the difficulties this lack of notice placed upon folks who depend on this day care. Whenever they manage to reopen (as they could not supply us with specifics around the length of closure), my family will definitely not be returning due to their total lack of regard for families and recommend others not risk the same. There are plenty of other options in the area that will not come with a risk of sudden closure.

I have my son at Westgate Kindercare, and as a new mom making the choice to send my son to daycare was a difficult decision, but I could not have picked a better place. My son loves all of the teachers and he gets so excited everyday when I drop him off. I am confident that my son is being taken care of everyday and I feel like they truly care about him. This is an amazing place for kids of all ages and I recommend it for anyone looking for somewhere safe to leave your child while you are at work.
