I have had nothing but positive experiences here! The teachers are extremely attentive and compassionate, I feel my son's needs are always met and I never find myself concerned for his well-being while he's at daycare. The communication through the app is prompt and thorough, I love getting notifications throughout the day with frequent pictures of the activities he is doing. Bringing my son here has been a great pleasure ,i don’t constantly have to worry about what my son is doing because the staff do such a great job at keeping me updated throughout the day not only can I see my son having fun but also all the teaching he has been receiving! Knowing my son is safe and in good hands makes my day alot easier! Thank you Jessica and her staff for doing an amazing job !
Absoult worse place to take your kiddos. They can not hold managment or staff went through 4 directors in the little time my daughter was there. They would constantly ask for you to vulunteer to keep kiddos home to help out, said they would rienburst you for those vulunteered days. Been trying to get my balanced owed for over 2 months now after they closed my daughters class for not having enough staff and having a bad DHS Review. Was told they wouldn't honor it now. Do not even get me started on all the times parents would get turned away because they weren't fully staffed and reached the cap. Not too many good things to say. The staff would try their best to keep everyone happy . It was unfair that the higher ups are not doing their jobs properly to help maintain a stable, safe and honest daycare for their employees to be able to run. Had to give a star to post but I would not even give a star if I had the option.
The absolute best center I have ever used. Our daughter is in the infant room and has been empowered in every way. She has advanced development in areas of communication, sign language, motor skills gross and fine. She started walking early by example. The director Katy is honest, trustworthy, and truely cares for my child. I would recommend this center to anyone. We have never once felt unsafe leaving our daughter in the care of these fine professionals. She has had 2 incident reports after being at the center for months. She was having them every day at the other center. The teacher to child ratio is amazing! She gets the attention she deserves and is cared for and truly loved 😄
My daughter was in this center's toddler room and we absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly and always attentive to my daughter's needs. Every day when I picked her up she was happy and clearly bonded well with her teachers. She has always had separation anxiety, but with this center she was comfortable with being left there (which actually says a lot for her). I would definitely recommend bringing your kiddos here.
