Very dirty, and the new director only cares about the numbers, not the children's well-being. I think that for what they charge, they should offer better quality and more professionalism. I don't recommend it; there are better daycares for less money.

I have had a child attending in the infant room at KinderCare Cypress Creek for almost 4 months now, and it has been an amazing experience from the beginning. They go out of their way ensure a safe and loving environment while also finding unique ways to include age-appropriate education. Our child is a foster child which means that there are some extra stipulations, rules and circumstances that affect her stay while at day care. On days she has visits with her bio parent it directly affects the daycare, (and I know it causes them extra work) yet they have never complained and have gone above and beyond to work with us so that everything runs smoothly as well as also maintaining a high level of security and safety. Our whole reason for fostering was to give children a space where they could be loved and feel safe and the daycare has been able to extend exactly that outside of our home which we consider a huge bonus! They treat each child as if they were the most important student there but also take time to interact with each parent at drop off and pickup. We had guilt about having to leave her in daycare however that guilt was instantly erased and replaced with a sense of ease and knowledge that we chose the right place. We highly recommend them and will continue to send all of our future foster children here!

The absolute best daycare around!!! I have been able to trust every single staff member with my most prized possessions —my babies. Starting at 6 weeks my youngest son has attended. They have blossomed here learning, growing and making memories. Cannot say enough, if I could give more stars I would. Ms. Nicole and Ms. Marybeth are outstanding!

This review is for Ms.Carrie, 2b's Teacher of the Year. We are very grateful to have had Ms.Carrie as our daughters teacher. She has been very caring and nurturing in her development. She connected with our daughter so well, that she frequently asks for her beloved teacher even on weekends when she isn't in school. The two were an exciting year, we witnessed our daughter learn to count, recite her abc's and master her art skills. Ms.Carrie was undoubtedly a great mentor for our daughter and we wish that we could have her for another year. This goes without saying, that Kindercare has some noteworthy leadership, like Ms.Nicole and Ms.Mary Beth who have also been very attentive to our needs as parents. They plan out fun activities throughout the year, they are personable, and have never let any of our questions or concerns go unanswered. Overall, we are happy with our experience thus far. Teachers don't get enough credit, it's a difficult job, it takes a lot of sacrifice, and overall passion for working with young children. Thank you to all the Kindercare staff for all that you do, especially Ms.Carrie.

Just wrapped up VPK, and I have to say that it was an amazing school for my son. The road was not always smooth, but Ms. Maria, Ms. Alexis, Ms. Taylor, Ms. MaryBeth and Ms. Nicole were always so supportive and understanding and never made my son feel anything other than loved and wanted in the class. And HUGE recognition to Ms. Nicole and the staff for an amazing graduation ceremony and all of the extras they provided for the kids. They made sure all of the children had more than we could have imagined for the day!
