i love the teachers they work hard and are caring. the director on the other hand is terrible the way she spoke to staff and to me in front of other and the children is out of line. it is truly concerning that she is the director and running things over there. the teachers are afraid to say something to her and are always apologizing to parents on heidi's (the director) behalf. she is not approachable and made it very clear the GHP is "her show" and she's "running things around here". i can only imagine the mistreatment she gave jocelyn. this facility needs to be reevaluated and i have removed my child from there.
I would not recommend this facility to anyone! My son never wanted to be dropped off at this center and was always so happy to get picked up. The facility director is very mean to her staff and openly degrades and yells at them in front of both children and parents. We have friends whom have also left this center for that reason alone. The Teachers are amazing but really held back by their leadership. Also, my son always came home smelling like bleach which was odd. I am also a little saddened to see the response from the owner to a previous review regarding a child abuse incident. As a former DCF Worker and Child Abuse Investigator for the county I am fairly certain the information posted in the owners response about this child is not legal via HIPPA and some other privacy and protection statutes
I took my son for his first day. The owner was rude and unwelcoming. I felt very uncomfortable leaving my 3-year-old at this facility. My encounter with the teachers was great. However, their leadership is very unprofessional.
My baby's love this daycare facility teachers are very respectful and they love what they are doing , the only thing is the change of teachers but they can't control that when they need to move or any other situation . All are lovely and sweet . ❤️ We have been for more than a year maybe 2 :-)
Great Hope Preschool in Wesley Chapel offers a solid educational foundation for young children. The staff is very friendly and they truly care about the well being of all children. I highly recommend without any hesitations this amazing school to any parent!
