As a first-time mom, I was incredibly nervous about bringing my baby to daycare at just four months old so I could return to work. However, all of my worries quickly disappeared once we found this daycare. From the moment we toured Alafaya Woods KinderCare, we felt an immediate sense of comfort and reassurance. When my daughter officially started, it took only a few days for her to feel completely at home. By the third day, she was smiling at drop-off, visibly excited when the staff greeted her, and practically squealing with joy when her teacher, Ms. Stephanie, reached out for her. The consistent updates and photos through the app put my mommy heart at ease throughout the day, allowing me to focus on work knowing my baby girl was not only safe, but genuinely happy and thriving. The curriculum—even for infants—is incredibly enriching, engaging, and fun. I especially love the monthly themed days that coordinate outfits and activities for the kids (and parents 😉), giving us something to look forward to and making each day feel extra special. I cannot recommend this daycare enough for families looking for a place that both parents and children will truly love. Being able to go through the day with complete peace of mind, knowing your child is in such caring and capable hands, is priceless. We recently switched our son to Alafaya Woods KinderCare, and it was honestly the best decision we could have made. He previously attended Top Spot Academy, but we became uncomfortable with how much TV time there was and how often random videos were being played without parental guidance. Alafaya Woods KinderCare is the complete opposite — in the best way possible. There is no TV, and the kids learn and play all day in a structured, engaging environment. Every teacher and staff member is extremely nice, caring, and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the children. They even allowed us to demo the school for a day, which helped us feel confident in making the transition. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping us through the Florida VPK paperwork and documentation, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The growth we’ve seen in our son has been amazing. He is now reading, doing basic arithmetic, and has made so many friends. He’s excited to go to school every day, which says everything. The biggest difference for us is the environment — it’s not centered around screens, but around learning, structure, and positive development. In our opinion, Alafaya Woods KinderCare is the best possible VPK option, and we feel incredibly lucky to have joined what truly feels like a family.

We are very grateful for the team at Alafaya Woods Kindercare and our family has had a phenomenal experience. Our son adores his teachers and it is very obvious that everyone there cares immensely for the children and their wellbeing and development. Our toddler learns so much in his class and always comes home saying new words and being better able to express himself. There are always a wide variety of activities and we appreciate the very thoughtful planning that keeps our son engaged and growing all his skills including motor, emotional, and social. Our son is extremely happy here, it has been a very important place for our family.

We’re extremely pleased with our experience at Alafaya Woods KinderCare. Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Connie have been wonderful in supporting our baby’s development. We appreciate the photo updates shared through the app—it’s great to see all the activities happening each day. Ms. Stephanie goes above and beyond in caring for the infants, from singing to them or painting and taking group stroller rides. Our baby gets to socialize with other infants in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. The director and entire staff are consistently welcoming and friendly. The center hosts thoughtful events like school picture day, Thanksgiving lunch, and parents’ night out. The staff frequently refreshes the decorations, artwork, and photos around the center. Overall, this place feels less like a daycare and more like a home away from home for our baby.

Our 1st child goes here. He is currently a year and a half old. Our experience had been awesome overrall. Our son Wesley loves Mrs. Michelle so much! Even when he has a bad morning, when he gets to school, he feels so comfortable and safe and happy to see her. We are so blessed and thankful for his teachers.
