Horrible experience! Went to this daycare because they sold themselves as compassionate and caring for children with autism and said that one of their teachers was trained to work with children with autism. I stayed the whole morning before signing my son si that they could see how he gets triggered and told them that he didn’t liked certain things. This center closed for days due to having fleas, after this they were calling whenever my son was overstimulated and would call me irresponsible due to my job not letting out to get him. I would pick him up from this center without underwear and I called to asking why he didn’t have his underwear and the answer was sorry we forgot to put him one. They would throw him in a room by himself wherever he was overstimulated and treated him poorly. Took my money plus money from elc simply because she can. When I told the owner that I was going to take him out the center she replied with attitude “after all we done with him now you want to get him out” and didn’t release him. She called my job and was nasty with my office manager and when I went to confront her she denied everything and the second that I told her that I have proof of her phone call and her refusing me the receipts of what I paid she stood up and started pushing out the building with me holding my son and screamed that he is dismissed and shut the door at my face, I even had to call the police to get his stuff because she refused to give everything. The owner and her assistant are nasty people. THIS CENTER IS HORRIBLE!! This center mistreats children with autism all they care is to steal money!

Our family discovered Kid E Nation over 8 years ago when our oldest child just turned one. The facility was welcoming from the beginning and continues to be a place both kids love. To be expected with most daycare environments there is some staff turnover, but there have also been a number of teachers that have been there longer than us! We appreciate that the facility provides meals and snacks for the children so they have exposure to a variety of different foods each week. Our oldest still remembers the home cooked meals that the Mrs. Bertie would make each morning for the kids. Another great thing about Kid E Nation is the facility is open until 6:30 pm which is helpful for our work schedules. Over the years, we have recommended this daycare to multiple other families. We love the welcoming family environment and stability that Kid E Nation provides to our children.

As a special needs parent with a stage 3 non verbal autistic daughter I would beg u to go elsewhere this place is dangerous and should be investigated the staff told me to my face that I was a bad parent because I was not disciplining my daughter…. Then blamed me as a parent of not doing enough and as a single father with a full time job and sole custody that’s just not a human thing to do to anyone even tried to keep my money after I paid in advance and they told me they don’t do refunds after throwing my daughter out!!! Even sent a email blaming me as a parent such disgusting people I even refuse to work with the ucf card because they recommend parents with autistic children to this place even furthering the danger!!!! Special needs low income parents please proceed with extreme caution if this is the only place u can go to!!!!!

I absolutely love this school not only for the people who work there, but they take ALL kids, and this is amazing because not all schools do my older daughter has a speech delay and is in OT therapy And is still working on potty training and they do nothing but SUPPORT SUPPORT SUPPORT her in every way possible. Thank you to the 4’s and VPK teachers and assistants yall are amazing! Shout out to Jess and Doodle 💕 Then I have my tiny tot in the 2’s with more amazing women! They have her already using the potty to the point of using underwear and they take care of my sour patch little Wednesday Adams like one of their own. Shout out to Fluffy Alex & Morgan! Yall are amazing and the only reason has her hair done daily! The owner Ms. Stephanie, and floaters Ms.Ria (as my younger calls her) and all the other ladies who forgive me I cannot remember all your names that makes my girls days wonderful THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO! I recommend this school 💯

My daughters have been attending Kid E Nation for about 3 months now, and I am so happy to have found such a great daycare! The staff are all very friendly, and they love your kids as if they were their own. Somehow, they successfully potty trained my 3 year old who had no interest in using the potty; and they are always helpful on those tough mornings when your little ones don't want you to leave!
