I cannot say enough great things about Childtime! All of leadership and staff there have been nothing but AMAZING! My son has been attending since April 2024 and they were so patient and kind during his transition as this was his first time in childcare. They made him feel comfortable and gave him a routine which he loves. He loves going there and I love sending him! They are communicative with the parents and are great with updates. I also love all of the special activities they do in addition to what’s done on a daily basis.

I can’t say enough great things about this daycare! Our child absolutely loves it here. We came from a daycare that our child did not do well at. Here at Childtime, it was a complete 180! The staff and management are absolutely wonderful—they truly care for the children and create a warm, nurturing environment. It’s clear that they are dedicated to providing the best care. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from the entire team make this daycare stand out. 5 stars all around!

As both a parent and a teacher, I understand the importance of structure and learning environments, which is why I am deeply disappointed with my child’s experience at this daycare. From the start, I felt let down by the director and assistant director. My son, along with other children, was often blamed for issues and labeled the "problem," despite my concerns not being addressed properly. Over time, I noticed that my son was not learning as expected. The daycare lacked structure, and it often felt like free play without any clear educational focus. His development was hindered by constant teacher turnover, and he brought home very little artwork. This lack of consistency and educational focus eventually led to our decision to remove him from the daycare. Since enrolling him in a new school, my son has thrived in a more structured learning environment. As an educator, I understand the value of communication and a supportive, nurturing space for children to grow. Unfortunately, the daycare’s management lacked these qualities. I found the director’s words about her school to be empty promises, with little to no follow-through. Ultimately, I felt the daycare did not live up to its promises, and removing my child was the best decision for him. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future parents don’t experience the same frustrations we did. If anyone from upper management would like to contact me please feel free to I’d love to talk about it

I don't recommend child time to any parents due to the bad management. Both my children attended child time. From the beginning management showing their attitude and very unprofessional behavior toward us. They won't listen to you but kept talking with their rules and regulations. They tried to be strict on everything. Director and Mrs Tamica are very rude and unprofessional. We as parents send our kids due to our work but they will keep troubling you with their non sense rules. I found new day care for my kids and will never come around child time. Be aware of these management. Send your kids at your own risk.

Child time has been the worst experience for both my daughter and son. Specially management are the worst. They have no respect nor communicative with the parents. They think they are the only one out there. Director and Mrs Tamica were very rude and unprofessional with us. I wouldn't recommend anyone to enroll their children to this day care. So parents be aware of these two management. They won't listen to parents but kept talking what they think from their perspective. As parents we both had bad experiences with them. Now I enrolled my children to new day care. My only suggestion to management " learn to be professional and listen to parents". The worst day care ever. Thank you.
