CAUTION!! I would like to say there are some staff members that have a good heart but are working at a bad place. Do not send your child here if you care about them. In the past few years this location has been shut down by the health department more than once, school closed due to ceiling tiles almost falling on children. They do not communicate or work with you and will be hostile instead. Especially if your child is below the age of 3-4 and not fully potty trained. They pack the classes to maximum and lean on that as an excuse for not being aware of what the children are doing or sending them home covered in fecal matter. They do not do incident reports and can not tell you what happened. Even for a head injury. My child told me of having items thrown at her by staff and even going through the reporting process does nothing. I regret the time my child stayed while finding a better option. Be aware of the director especially. She is rude and dismissive and will never help you.

This is a Great Day Care for kids. All of the Staff is Professional, Supportive and in tune with the children's needs. Not to mention how Clean and Well kept the rooms are. I would Highly Recommend using this Awesome Facility!

My review is 1 star based on the location being shut down for rodents, giving parents less than 12 hours notice to find alternative care. Then the same week my child informs me of a physical incident with a teacher. I reported to the state and it was followed up but not much you can do with a 3 year Olds word and no physical evidence. The director dismissed any responsibility for anything stating it wasn't her fault they got shut down. And advised in the email they had had a rodent problem for "months". This was my first experience with a daycare. I didn't know what to expect... but I'll tell you now my son goes somewhere he thrives. Almost the same price but he acts so different and is actually being taught a curriculum. It was hard to trust a daycare after going here. Don't let the cooperate name fool you into thinking that's who runs the place.

I LOVE everything about KinderCare. The staff are absolutely amazing. I'm always greeted warmly and everyone who works there takes an interest in your child regardless of who's class they might be in. I'm grateful for the attention, guidance and care that is given to my daughter every day. I appreciate how all of her teachers let me know what they are working on, what needs improvement and just any concerns that they might have. The building is always decorated with fun festive colors and cute scenes according to the time of the year. KinderCare also takes great pride in decorating for the holidays...The Fall Carnival is AMAZING along with the Christmas Concert as well. I'm so incredibly grateful to all of the wonderful and caring teachers that my daughter has had. Ms. Vicki and Ms. Rita are wonderful and always on top of anything that needs attention. I'm truly so lucky to have my daughter in their care! Thank you so very much!

I love my kids school. All 3 have been going since last year and the teachers, admin staff etc, are amazing with my kids. Their communication with information about them is wonderful. If their is an issue I will know immediately. I recommend this school 100 % to anyone in search of childcare. And the most important note MY KIDS LOVE THE STAFF, and that's all that matters!
