My daughter has been at the Midway KinderCare for about 2 months now. I'm really glad we were able to get in here. LOVE the center director, Christina. She's so upbeat and super communicative. At first, my daughter wasn't the biggest fan of her pre-kindergarten teacher because she's more stern than our last daycare, but I think Miss Nicole is just what she needs, and my daughter is adjusting nicely. Kindercare is doing a great job of prepping my daughter for starting school, which she will be doing in the fall.

When i found this Kindercare i was beyond thankful they are amazing they took my kids on with 2 days of turn around time and absolutely no issues helped me get everything I needed to enroll. The people at this kindercare are all beautiful I am so thankful for every single one. The director and assistant listen and take matters seriously, the teachers are engaged with the students and the whole center just has a loving vibe. 10/10 recommend. Special shoutout to Mr. J! If you have a school aged child i promise you Mr. J is a valuable asset! He takes time to listen, ressure, validate and just overall respect your child even when he knows they are in the wrong. He has a heart of gold and if I didnt't HAVE to leave this center I would absolutely stay, for everyone but also because Mr. J was amazing at offering support and being a great listening ear for my oldest who is just having a hard time. All the love to this center we will always miss you! ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Not a great experience, the director is fake nice. You can see it in her body language and facial expressions. There were incidents with biting that was never reported to me I only found out while giving my child a bath and noticing the mark and asked what happened. She told me and who did it. I brought it up to her teacher from the 2-3 classroom and she claimed she wasn't there that day and when I mentioned it to the director she acted as if it was not a problem and said oh I don't know I didn't hear anything about it. Idk how it could have went unnoticed bc kids definitely cry if they are bit and that hard to leave a bruise.. I think sometimes the teachers are busy gossiping or with other kids so lots of things go unnoticed. I also witnessed a little one maybe 2 yrs old kicking another child while I'm like to go outside and he fell backwards out the door I told him he should keep his feet to himself. The teacher never noticed as she was toileting another child. I think they need more eyes in the rooms and to have more training on when and how to document properly. Also my daughter would get sick with something EVERY SINGLE week! Even if she just attended one day while I had an appointment she would come home with something.. and it's summer time like what the heck is going on.. maybe they are not sanitizing and cleaning everything properly or not sending sick kids home. But it became a big concern to my child's health and safety bc the lack of communication. I would not recommend this daycare.. that's my personal opinion

My 2 and 4 year old have been going here for a few months now, the staff is great! Very attentive and adaptable to my kids needs. Arlin, Necole, Jo, Stephanie, Matasia, Christina, (I know I'm missing others) are all awesome. There's alot of kids and it gets hectic, but I have such comfort in knowing my kids are safe and in good hands. Keep up the great work guys ❤️

The directors is very nice but it makes me upset that my kiddo comes home complaining the teacher Ms Vicki is very “mean and rude”, constantly yelling at all the children. They have informed me that she also uses foul language and words in front of the children in classes. I wish they hired more people who not only care about their job but the kids who go there.
