Cashiers office is nasty rude at rjc on this Monday and everyday I have had to come here . I think they need to hire new people care and want to help lady working today on the far right needs a new attitude and job

Parking lot often full, reader board inside facility not updated & cost barrier$ ($30) to obtaining transcripts of hearings. Suggest clear signage directing drivers to additional pkg at Showare Center; improved (timely & clear) updating of hearings listed on electronic reader board in; post clear directions on how to obtain transcripts online; "Parking information Free vehicle parking is available in a parking garage on the Maleng Regional Justice Center property. Parking is limited and the garage often fills by 8:30 am. When the garage is full, overflow parking is available at the ShoWare Center located on James Street directly across from the entrance to our parking garage."

I'm giving this place four stars simply because I question the reason why rating such an establishment is an option.

WiFi kind of slow upstairs, some water fountains have really low pressure otherwise clean facility and still a good amount of parking before 830am.

I have a daughter that is inside and being on the outside , I find it very confusing to communicate with or send money to her and I have order books for her that she recieved I have written letters that get returned for one reason or another. I feel like I am being punished to. Why cant there be a easier way of taking care of my loved one. To do anything . I have to go through access or securus or jpay why cant e just one company that does it all.
