Tiny Town is a great place for children to learn and grow. The staff love the kids like their own and truly care about each child’s happiness and development. They’ve worked around every schedule and need that I’ve had, always going above and beyond to be flexible and supportive. I’ve seen so much positive growth, confidence, and excitement for learning since being there. It’s such a comforting feeling that the children in their care are in a safe, nurturing, and encouraging environment every single day.
i would not recommend this place. i would say the only pro to it is that its very affordable. our daughter went here one day a week when she was 8-9 months old i’ll say the first couple weeks were good and i got lots of pics/updates about her and it looked like she was doing well. but after that things just went downhill. every time i picked her up her diaper was always completely saturated, like there’s no way it had been changed within the last couple hours, it had to have at least been 3-4 hours she had to sit in a soaking wet diaper. then one of the days there was a 5 hour gap of time between when staff logged her bottle and diaper change. when i asked them about this they claimed they forgot to log it, but as a parent this is unacceptable because how do i know it was actually done vs they’re just lying to cover up their mistake? 5 hours is unacceptable. this happened a couple more times where i noticed they would forgot to log things. there were also at least 3-4 occasions where items such as our changing pad, wipes, etc were removed from our daughters diaper bag and left at the center, when they are supposed to be using all of their own supplies so there’s no reason for them to be taking it out in the first place. i really was trying to communicate with staff and be upfront during this time and give them the benefit of the doubt. but my last straw was when my daughter had started crawling. i took her the one day and she was wearing a onesie, pants, and socks. when i picked her up she did not have her pants or socks on - which first of all that is completely inappropriate to just undress someone’s child and keep them in only a onesie - i don’t care how old they are. and when i got home i noticed the bottom of her onesie was brown and dirty like it had been dragged across the floor and her feet had visible DIRT all over them! when i asked staff about this they said it was from parents tracking stuff in but i don’t see how that could’ve happened when it hadn’t rained lately, and for her to get that dirty from crawling around that must mean their floors were not properly kept up with/cleaned. honestly overall a very disappointing experience here. i was a nervous first time mom scared of trusting someone else with my child, and they pretty much confirmed my worst fear by all of the errors they made. it was pretty heartbreaking/extremely disappointing. we ended up switching to a daycare that was much more expensive but at least tended to her needs. i’ll post pics of her dirty feet to show what i mean in that one scenario.
My friend and his wife had their children here and I went with my friend to pick up their children and could not believe how clean the facility was, the staff all had smiles and seemed to be invested with the children and also saw some references to GOD there which was awesome to see in a world that seems to be getting away from these morals in today’s world. Had a talk with my brother about this and he had nothing but good things to say about this location and staff here!!!
I was inquiring on childcare here and the only reason why I didn't enroll is because I ended up moving.. however, I met with Ms. Sarah, the administrator and she was lovely.. one of the kindest and most helpful people I've come across when it came to looking for childcare.. I toured the center, and although it was small, it was great. I met the morning teachers and they were so kind and they actually were interacting with the kiddos and helping them learn.. when I was talking with the staff, it just seemed like a big family instead of like the chain childcare centers.. if it wasn't for a life change and moving, I would have definitely enrolled my kiddos!
I work for Instacart. I was dropping off a Sam’s club delivery to this day care. All I heard and SEEN a lady YELLING at the little kids to “lay down”. I would think twice about leaving your kids here. Disgusting the way she was yelling at those littles. They looked no more than 2 or 3. Shame on you. Don’t like kids, don’t work with them. Period! No ma’am. No mistakes and the info I provided is VERY ACCURATE! If you don’t want ppl leaving reviews on what they see yall doing to other ppls kids, don’t do it when you have deliveries coming.
