K.I.D.Z. INC.

I will start by saying my child attended Kidz Inc years before the new ownership, with no issues whatsoever. New ownership takes over and we have nothing but issues after about 4-5 months. Things were great in the beginning… I would like to add, I have proof (recorded phone calls, and screenshots) of these incidents. Because I knew something shady was going on and wanted to cover my bases. 1. My child has a half sibling (same dad, different mom) who also attended the facility. The owner (Tana) calls me and tells me some interesting info about my child’s half sibling (not sure if it was even true) completely trashes her mom, telling me all kinds of things about her, tells me she’s calling CPS, and gonna kick this child out of the facility (never did) , and tells me I should not let MY child go to his dads house when sibling is there… Why on earth a daycare provider is getting into my personal life… I don’t know. 2. I get a phone call from Tana, stating my child pulled someone’s pants down in the tunnels and was disciplined by going to a toddler room. (He was 5) She makes a huge deal about this, saying he did this because maybe his sister is doing inappropriate things to him at his dads. (Weird I know) I pick up my child that day after work and asked him what happened and he states another child did it to him first so then he went and did it to another friend, which is still wrong but these are children. But my child was disciplined and the one who did it first to him was not, even though he did tell a teacher it happened to him and nothing was done . I texted Tana personally and never heard a response. Completely ignored it. 3. My child was sick, I kept him home. I send him back to Kidz Inc once he was over 24 hours vomit free. I drop him off, head to work, and get a phone call from the primary school nurse very soon after he arrived on the bus from Kidz inc. The nurse states I need to come get my child because Tana called the school nurse after the bus arrived and told her I sent my child to school sick. I make a rant post on fb about it because I was upset I had to leave work when I followed proper protocol of being vomit free over 24 hours. Tana finds out about my post and calls me, absolutely loses it on me, begs me to delete the post. And tries to defend her actions. Which she was unable to do. (She did kind of apologize and admit she was wrong but that doesn’t get me my days worth of pay from work I missed, or the embarrassment from the situation with the school nurse) Shortly after this 3rd incident I pulled my child, and switched daycares. We had ZERO issues at the new daycare. Absolutely none!!! There were a few smaller incidents in between all of these. I wish I could find a way to post recorded phone calls with this review. You would be shocked, I know I was. I will go collect all the screenshots I have and return to post those here when I can.

My baby has been going here for all three years of her life. The staff has always loved on her. Most recently I broke my foot, and they have been coming outside and getting her for me out of the car. It has been so incredibly helpful since I am having difficulty getting around (especially with this snow and ice). Highly recommend! Your baby will always get love and snuggles.

Absolute best daycare in town with the most amazing and caring staff! Can't say that for any other daycare i have ever taken my children to. I never ever have to worry when my child is there because I know she is very well taken care of! We LOVE Tana and her staff!
