Most unprofessional business I have ever seen. The amount of petty immature drama between grown women with the high school age girls is astounding. And not to mention what actually goes on with some of the teachers in the rooms with the kids. There are good teachers there but they’re slowly being pushed out to make room for the neglectful ones. There’s no process to finding and actually making sure good teachers are being hired. They either are short staffed and have too many kids per one teacher or the ones they hire on a whim are horrible with the kids. When they’re short staffed it’s like pulling teeth to get anyone let alone the manager to step in for 2 minutes for the teacher to take a bathroom break after SEVERAL hours of trying.
