Kidsports Family Fun & Fitness Center

I enrolled my sons in the Weesports music and movement class and it is not worth the month. It is two teenage girls running the class that have no energy and don’t know how to interact or engage with the kids at all. Since we started the class it has dwindled from a good amount of kids to only 2 left. I used to go to kid sports and weesports when I was a kid over 20 years ago and it was great back then !! What happened ? I might want a refund for this class honestly.

Giving one star to this facility because that is the lowest I can give. I am a member of this facility. I have paid 2 months fees in advance. Today the manager called me and ask me to give my credit card information on phone which I was not comfortable with. So she cancelled my swimming class. I am paying membership only for the swimming class. I have paid my membership in advance. I told her I will make a payment before the next class. But she was not ready to listen and cancel my class

I've been coming here for years. Whether I'm walking the track or weightlifting in the gym (before sunrise), the Center is always clean and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Great Gym! If it was opened in the 1950’s. It’s reassuring to know that my review follows up with their most recent poor reviews. If you have the opportunity to invest your TIME & money somewhere else, please do so. 1. Their customer service is absent to say the least. The encounter with each member is very confrontational and makes you feel so uncomfortable. 2. Communication is poor and their staff following policy is inconsistent. I can give my example of what I’ve witnessed, but the person managing their Google My Business account will respond by saying “thank you for your feedback as we strive to do better!”. When we, paying customers, don’t look for an automatic generic response, we look for some level of customer service. But nope, they take your input and read you their “policy” which is pointless when they’re not consistent. 3. I joined 1 year ago, and they’re still under construction. But they finally opened a restaurant, good for them? Literally a waste of my time and investment in my fitness journey. Attached are images of the same machines I’ve seen for two months , and it’s an eye soar to look at while working out. I can go on and on about this facility, but thankfully I’ve cancelled my membership and learned my lesson to make sure I do greater research when selecting a gym. *I just noticed you can see the black tape they tried to use to hold the wire down 😭 Although this may be a very negative review, I know for others, who are searching for a new home gym, this review will be productive in their research to help save their time and money. It’ll be an insult to get a response from their Google account with some generic review, just like their response to other poor reviews.

We were pretty excited about bringing our son here for the Swimfants class. We tried it and unfortunately we will not be returning. The pool water is grotesque, the lighting in the room is very low and the high school kids they hire to conduct the class leave a great deal to be desired. They don’t seem properly trained or managed. We opted for Aqua-Tots in Clark and wow what an upgrade from this location. I highly recommend someone in leadership audit the Swimfants class and find ways to better serve your patrons. Now I know why people signed up and never returned. Have some pride in dignity in what you do here. Serve with excellence.
