What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Children's World Academy for its caring, responsive staff and nurturing environment. Multiple reviewers highlight specific teachers (Ms. Bonnie, Ms. Karen, Ms. Erika, Ms. Sarala) and the director for their professionalism and genuine investment in children's development. Some parents note that negative online reviews do not reflect their positive experiences.
The teachers are wonderful. Miss Erika and Miss Randi are very responsive and communicative about my twins. My babies are learning so much and I leave them there with a great piece of mind.
I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Children World Academy. As a parent, I entrusted this daycare with my child’s safety and emotional well-being — something every parent should be able to do with confidence. Unfortunately, that trust was broken. My child was being bullied by other children at this facility, and I brought this to the attention of management, expecting a serious and immediate response. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of accountability. There was no transparency, no clear plan to address the situation, and most importantly — no sign that my child’s safety was a priority to them. What’s most troubling is the lack of communication and support from leadership. A child experiencing bullying at such a young and impressionable age deserves to be protected, and parents deserve to be heard and respected. Sadly, that was not the case. I ultimately made the decision to remove my child from this daycare because I could no longer trust that they were in a safe, nurturing environment. To other parents: please take this into serious consideration before choosing Children World Academy. Your child’s emotional well-being should never be compromised — and you deserve better than silence when you speak up.

Great Experience Despite Initial Hesitation I was initially hesitant to enroll my 3-year-old son at this daycare because of some negative reviews I read online. However, I decided to schedule a tour to see the place for myself, and I’m so glad I did. Ms. Erika was incredibly helpful during the tour—she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. Her warm and kind attitude really stood out, and I felt confident enough to enroll my son at CWA. Since starting, my son has been cared for so well. Ms. Erika and Ms. Sarala have both been extremely patient and nurturing. I can tell they genuinely care about him, and they’ve helped him adjust smoothly to the new environment. Ms. Jacky, the director, has also been wonderful. Any time I’ve had a request or concern, she has done her best to accommodate it and has been very supportive. Overall, I’m very happy with our experience so far. The staff is caring, responsive, and professional, and I’m grateful for the positive environment they’ve created for my son.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE – A Heartbreaking and Horrifying Experience. I normally do not write reviews, but what my daughter and I experienced at Children’s World Academy absolutely demands attention. I’m writing this to help protect other families from making the same mistake I did by trusting this place with my child’s well-being. From the very beginning, the experience was disorganized and distressing. I was constantly receiving calls about my daughter’s behavior and development, but never once did they offer meaningful support or guidance. Instead of working with me collaboratively, it felt like they were pushing blame on a child who wasn’t even three years old yet. My daughter, who is almost three, was kept in a room designed for children who had just turned two. When I questioned why she hadn’t transitioned into the appropriate age group, I was told they didn’t have enough staff — as if that was an acceptable excuse to delay my child’s growth and development. The daily reports I received were often blank or barely filled out, usually saying nothing more than she used the bathroom once at 9 a.m. How is that a sufficient summary of a child’s entire day? Most days, I was greeted by someone completely new — someone who had no idea how my daughter’s day went or who had even interacted with her. What’s worse, the center would randomly call or email me during work hours, sometimes asking me to come pick up my child at 10 a.m. because they didn’t have enough staff to maintain state-required ratios. As a working parent, this is a nightmare — scrambling at the last minute because the center can’t even fulfill basic legal staffing obligations. Things only escalated from there. One day, the director casually told me she believed my daughter had a sensory disorder or muscle development issue — which was not only completely inaccurate but totally inappropriate coming from someone with no professional qualifications to make such assessments. My daughter is perfectly fine; the real issue is that the environment she was in lacked all structure, routine, and meaningful engagement. The children are left to run around all day with no purposeful activities. They are bored, unstimulated, and clearly not properly cared for. The final straw was when my daughter — out of clear distress — reached into her diaper, smeared feces on the bookshelf, and no one noticed until after the fact. I was told this “wasn’t the staff’s fault,” even though there were two teachers in a room with just five children. How can that possibly be justified? If children are so poorly supervised that something like this can happen, that’s more than unacceptable — it’s dangerous and traumatic. AS SOMEONE WHO USE TO WORK HERE at this daycare many years ago, it is beyond disheartening to see how far the quality and integrity have fallen. The current director is overwhelmed and clueless, she’s often stuck in the infant room because they’re so understaffed, she can’t even be present to manage the facility. She waited weeks to tell me that my daughter had been spitting something that should have been addressed immediately and with care, not swept under the rug. The decline in my daughter’s behavior during her time here was dramatic and heartbreaking. She was anxious, uncharacteristically aggressive, and clearly unhappy. All of this because of the chaotic, neglectful environment and poor management at this center. When I finally called the assistant under the owner, Ankim, to share my deep concerns, she sighed and told me, “I completely understand, there’s no excuse for this”... yet nothing changed. No action was taken, no apology was made, and no one seemed to care. This place is a disgrace. I wouldn’t wish this experience on any family. Please for the sake of your child’s safety, development, and emotional well-being.. look elsewhere. Children’s World Academy is not just failing children ..they’re actively harming them through neglect, poor management, and unacceptable staffing practices.
