My experience with Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy has shown me that quality can vary significantly between locations. I enrolled both of my children in different Kids 'R' Kids centers, and while the Pre-K education at both was consistently excellent, this particular academy disappointed in terms of parent involvement. Our only invitation was to an award ceremony, but without any subsequent communication after the initial invitation, we were unable to attend. The teachers in the classroom are truly wonderful and dedicated to the children's well-being and learning. In contrast, the front desk staff left much to be desired. While they would respond to a 'good morning' or 'goodbye,' their demeanor was consistently cold and distant. I truly missed the friendly and engaging interactions I had with staff members like Billie at the Land O Lakes location, who always made an effort to connect with parents.

The director at this place is amazing she bent over backwards to help me get my kid in VPK. She is very helpful, will answer any questions. I like that she is selfless and loves everyone. I have friends whose kids have used her for VPK and the kid is far advanced. She is a gem. She organized and keeps a structured daycare so your child will learn.

I have two kids that attend this location. The staff is always friendly and informative about your children. My kids always talk about their teachers and how much they like them at home. It is nice when your children are excited to go to class everyday because of the staff and what they learn. They come home so proud to tell us everything they have learned and did that day. We receive calls and updates from the staff when accidents happen or when they are not feeling well. The owner is directly involved with everyday activities of the facility to ensure everything runs as smooth as possible. I would recommend Kids "R" Kids Learning Academy in Wesley Chapel to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and structured environment for you children.

My youngest is currently in the VPK program and is truly enjoying his experience at the academy. This is my second time enrolling one of my kids at Kids R Kids. This year has blown my mind. The staff members are nice, pleasant and welcoming. My child is learning a lot with the curriculum, which is geared towards getting him ready for kindergarten. He also has an amazing teacher!

Clearly the woman answering the phone has zero phone etiquette or home training. I called this location because I am moving to the area and needed some information I could not find online. When the woman answered the phone she did not identify herself. I asked 3 questions and she seemed bothered. When I asked who I was speaking to she laughed and said what I think I hears correctly was Ms. Iesha but I could be completely wrong. I was about to ask for rates and I was rudely hung up on. Needless to say I am no longer interested in enrolling my child at this facility. From the reviews I have read rudeness and professionalism is clearly an issue here.
