Our son has been attending Eagle Springs for three years now, and the transformation has been remarkable. From the moment you walk through the doors, there is an overwhelming sense of warmth and community that feels like getting a giant hug. The teachers here are truly world-class—not just for their academic rigor, but for how they see each student as a unique individual. Communication is another huge win—we receive consistent, thoughtful updates that make us feel like partners in her learning. If you’re looking for a school that balances high academic standards with a deep focus on character and emotional wisdom, this is it. We couldn't recommend it more!

I had a very disappointing experience at Kids R Kids. My 2-year-old son was left alone inside the classroom while all the other children were outside playing, accompanied only by the teacher. Although a teacher stayed with him, this practice is completely unacceptable and not allowed under U.S. child care regulations, which prohibit any form of isolation or emotional punishment toward young children. A child care center should provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, never one that makes a child feel excluded or punished. As a mother, it truly broke my heart to see this happen, and I believe the school should seriously review its disciplinary practices to ensure the emotional well-being of all children. As a mother, I want to advise other parents who are looking for a place to care for their children: do your research carefully and always keep an eye on your kids. What happened to my son happened even though I constantly monitor the cameras — imagine what could happen if you simply trust and don’t check. 💔

Kids R Kids is absolutely AMAZING. Absolutely everyone on the staff team is amazing. The all around atmosphere is very welcoming, energetic, and upbeat. My son and I absolutely love Kids R Kids. I am so very thankful and pleased to be apart of them. You can tell the passion and dedication that is put in day in and day out.

The administrative staff is very kind and attentive! Thank you, Miss Amy, and the teachers in Room 350—Miss Mery, Karina, and Emma—because you are always very kind and welcome mom and dad with a smile on your faces, always willing to talk about how my child is doing.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the care and supervision at the Kids and Kids Humble daycare facility. I would like to emphasize the importance of closely watching the children at all times, both through on-site cameras and in terms of how they are treated by staff. Additionally, I ask that you ensure the values and lessons taught at your facility are consistent with what we teach at home, especially given concerns about the level of violence that seems prevalent there. It has come to my attention that some teachers may be engaging in behavior that could be considered bullying. I urge you to take appropriate measures to ensure all children are treated with respect and care, and that their environment is safe and supportive.
