I have a had great experience at this school. We have been attending for 2 years now and it has been nothing but amazing. A big thank you to Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Amanda for all the support and hard work! My family & I trust Children’s learning adventures for the care of both my kids

Please do not send your baby to this facility. They are extremely dismissive with parents. My niece came home with multiple injuries INCLUDING a black eye. My sister tried to reach out to speak with the director Cheryl and everyone was “busy” when it came time for explanations. She has been “suspended” multiple times for situations that could have been avoided if the staff were more vigilant with actively watching and caring for the children. The things that have happened with my niece could have been avoided.

My child suffered multiple injuries while enrolled at this center, including a black eye and other unexplained incidents. Despite repeated attempts to get clear communication and accountability, the director, and staff have been dismissive and unprofessional. Parents are not given logical explanations, and I have experienced a lack of basic courtesy such as follow-up phone calls regarding serious incidents. Additionally, children are often left unsupervised or placed in unsafe situations (for example, children jumping off desks, children playing in restrooms, and lack of staff attentiveness). These issues indicate systemic supervision and safety failures. When my child’s mother shared concerns in an online review, the school reached out to pressure her to change or remove it. Eventually, her review was deleted, which I believe is an attempt to silence legitimate parent concerns rather than address them. This is not an issue that can be resolved by “editing” reviews or surface-level responses. The safety of children is at stake, and parents deserve transparency and accountability.

I would NOT recommend Children’s Learning Adventure in Humble to any parent or grandparent who cares about their child’s well-being. As a grandmother, it broke my heart to see how my grandbabies were treated here. My youngest grandson cried every time he was dropped off, and the older one constantly came home dirty — with poop in his underwear and dried-up mucus around his nose. That’s unacceptable. There’s no stability. Every time I visited or heard updates, it was a different teacher — because the good staff kept quitting. Even the teachers were telling us they were tired of the poor management and that there were TERMITES in the break room! The communication from management is horrible. You can never get a straight answer, and if you’re using NCI, be careful — they will overcharge you and act like it’s your fault. They don’t care about safety either. The first week my grandson attended, he bust his eye open and had to go to the ER. The school never even told us what happened. After that, my daughter was signing incident reports almost every single day — for bites, hits, and rough handling. And to top it off, they let the kids throw their shoes in the outside drain like it’s a game. That’s not a safe or clean place for a child. If you’re looking for a daycare that will love and care for your babies, this is NOT it. I truly regret ever letting them step foot in that place.

Please do not send your child here! They are very unprofessional and DO NOT care about the children. This place does not send your child to any of the speciality classrooms that they have! This place is a facade!!! My niece has been hurt multiple times, one including a black eye. The new director Cheryl is the most condescending, inconsiderate, insensitive, insincere person I have ever met! Your child will be harmed with no explanation, and when they are tired of being child care providers don’t worry they will just put your kid out!!!
