Kids Only

Both my babies transitioned to daycare after being soley with me last June. They were taken in with open arms. This is a lovely daycare. The teachers are extremely attentive and very communitive. Extremely nice as well! I sometimes sneak around and they are just so wonderful! My daughters and everytime I have been there have been two, (Sometimes more!) teachers to a room! My severly anxious 4 year old loves it, THAT tells you they are doing something right. The director, Mrs Amanda is very straightforward and comes across blunt. Which is a good thing and what is needed in a Boss position. We LOVE her and everyone in this daycare!! Coming from a mother who has ALWAYS been afraid of letting someone else take care of my children. Life happened and I had to get a job and ive never been happier about a daycare as I am this one!

I enrolled my daughter on January 22, 2019. The application was filled out on January 11, 2019. The director signed and dated her application on January 22 and we had agreed on a lower fee as I only needed part time. We also agreed I would pay monthly. I wrote her a check for the first month which I only brought my daughter there 5 times. On February 10th, after advising the director of marital issues and that i had a restraining order against my husband so he was not allied to pick her up, I brought my daughter to the daycare only to be told she was not allowed to be there and her spot had already been filled! I advised the director that I had paid for the whole month and I had a week before I owed them for the next month but I believe she was going by the date we filled out her application not the date she was actually admitted to the daycare. It was really important that she go to daycare that day as i had to deal with domestic violence issues. I had no options at that point and there was absolutely 0 compassion or talking about the issue, I had to take my daughter with me. Then as I just pulled in my driveway, as I’m on the phone with the director of Davidson county family services I see a Thomasville police officer, she opened my door in the pouring rain and made me get off the phone. Then I see two other officers, never once did they mention or explain why they were at my house. They followed me into my house and tried tricking me into taking my daughter to the hospital. One officer even called the director of Davidson county family services asking about me but he said he could not give out any information without my permission, so he called me and I was so upset as to why after everything I was already going through Thomasville police felt the need to focus on myself and my daughter? I do not recommend this daycare as the children only have one lazy teacher, at least in my daughters two year group with about 15-20 kids and the few times I came to pick her up I saw children unattended in the play yard. I should’ve known when there wasn’t a waiting list for her to get in. Live and learn.

My daughter loves this daycare. She started in the 2yr old room and everyday came home excited and talking about her teachers Ms. Shannon and Ms. Crystal. Now she is in the 3yr old room and once again loves her teacher!

This facility covers up child abuse and allowed the teachers to remain in the classrooms. After being informed! Run!!!!!!! There is a reason they have slots available!!
