Very disappointed!!!!! My 24 month old daughter was potty trained before she got to this daycare... I always counted pull-ups I sent to make sure she was being toileted which they reassured me they took the toddlers every 40 mins. I sent 5 pull-ups one day and she came home with 1!!!!! This was only about 1 week in needless to say she did not attend a 2nd week. The teacher never had an explanation, never heard from administration. It’s so hard to entrust your children with strangers already, so this was heartbreaking! Also heard teachers talking about being understaffed on more then one occasion(in 1 weeks time)... the kids bathroom doesn’t seem to even get cleaned. 2 thumbs down.
My oldest came here for before and afterschool. He's now 11. He absolutely loved kids kare. Staff is always very friendly and attentive to ALL of the children.
