Kids Discovery 1

My 2.5 yr old and 7 month old both attend KD! I have nothing but incredible things to say! The staff members have become family. When my 2.5 yr old had surgery, the entire staff checked in on him and made sure his return to daycare went smoothly and helped alleviate my nerves. My 7 month old recently was in the hospital and the director, assistant director, and all of the teachers checked in often and upon her return were incredible about making sure they knew what was needed to ensure that she had the best care possible. The entire staff has gone above and beyond for my family! Any time I had concerns, they ALL handled it quickly and efficiently! Both of my kids light up when we arrive and give hugs when we leave! I would highly recommend to anyone I know!

My 2 year old and 6 year old attend this daycare. Me and my husband love it and so do the kids. My son's teacher is awesome she is great with him Ms. Janine in the 2 year old room. Brit Brit is awesome my kids love her, Brenda a Stephanie up front are awesome also. I recommend this daycare any day.

My 7 year old daughter was being bullied so I brought it up to the teacher and she shrugged it off saying that child isn’t in her age group and they don’t interact, even though my child named this child by name, the manager didn’t do anything. My ONE YEAR OLD daughter came home with a chipped tooth one day and a black eye another day. The assistant center director and the center director didn’t even apologize or investigate. Unenrolled that day! When you first sign up they are super friendly, but if any problems arise, the management is very unprofessional!

Update: I did call back to the number you provided and left a voicemail and never heard back from you. I wouldn’t trust my child to anyone in that building at this point anyway. Maybe train them to not put a child in time out for wetting himself for starters. This is the absolute worst experience a mother and her child can go through; the children have been moved back and fourth from room to from throughout a day for a year now, the teachers come and go, never know how long a new one will stay, the last two weeks have gotten just about out of control because my child is officially going backwards on potty training after all the work we’ve done and not to mention he does perfectly fine at home and on long 2hr trips; we started having behavioral issues but they don’t notice the scrapes and bumps he has by the end of the day, nobody has any info to tell me; my child cries everyday he doesn’t want to go to school, I have to hype him up and be positive and make sure he is ready for a new day and it’s like I drop him off in hell, when I picked him last I didn’t even know who the person watching him last was, another brand new person yet again.and I have plenty to say about their cleaning times,and chemicals they use. The worst is I cannot find any information to contact a regional director or someone from above. Hoping this review will get me some info.

First and foremost I would like to thank Kristen Murdy the Regional Manager. I contacted her regarding an issue I was having via email and it did not take even 10 minutes to get a call from her. She resolved the issue within the hour. I cannot thank her enough. She is very professional and has compassion to help the families. Which is the perfect combination for a center such as this. The teachers that my daughter has had and has currently are so sweet and good to my daughter at the Green Acres location. She loves her teachers. Nancy P.
