My children have been here going on 6 years for my oldest. Having worked in childcare I am very picky about where I place my children. Trina and Christian truly love these kids down to their core. You see the other reviews I urge you not to listen. What parents find annoying, they don’t understand. Florida childcare laws are in place for a reason. Trina and Christian follow them strictly. They care about the well being of your children. Your children’s health. Please don’t let the “filth” (really not dirty, just toys. Showing happy kids) distract you. My children love going to daycare. My 8 year old BEGS me to go before and after school. I truly love this place down to my core. They tell me everytime my son gets hurt (he’s two. He gets hurt) and I’ve seen the loving care they give. I’ve seen the years brought to their eyes over an injury my son got. I personally drive 45 minutes just for my kids to attend this daycare. 🫶🏼

Update; received a harassing message from current employee Nichole Everland on yelp. Unprofessional staff all around. They try to intimidate you and deflect by any means necessary when anything negative is said about them. If you are considering this facility, please do your child and yourself a favor and as soon as you walk in walk out. The facility is unclean, animals running around, and staff that does not watch over the children. They frequently change their contracts to their liking despite being funded by the ELC. Enacting exorbitant fees that working parents can not help. They offered a 10-hour waiver for years and then abruptly ended it without any valid explanation. They do not have cameras in the facilities and will not install them. My child has been significantly hurt there many times. Recently a black eye that lasted for 4 days due to their negligence. Please follow in the footsteps of other parents in these reviews and report report. They take advantage of the fact that they are one of the few daycares with openings because parents frequently leave. Edited to add; Search for the CARES Search tool in Google and you can see a list of all the inspections they have had had and the violations they received. Also edited to add that they have stated it's not a DCF requirement to report any daily activities of your child unless they are one and under. When asked if they would regardless they offered only a one word response "No". This response came after they discriminated against my child and stopped reporting anything after I confronted them on numerous issues after receiving reports well after a year old....No childcare facility should make your child's daily activities including meals, diaper changes, nap times and activities a secret for their eyes only or selectively to parents. Compounded wirh no cameras and no current lock or code to enter the building. They do not even have a staff member to watch the doors. Nor do they actually check the log in activities on the computer before releasing a child. They actually had to send out messages making sure parents were checking out their children correctly .. this is alarming as a parent. No parent should ever have to be disrespected and locked out of their child's lives by a daycare center claiming to care for your child. Ultimate bait and switch. We promise to look after your child but we won't tell you what goes on even if asked. It is family owned and they will deflect and defend themselves if you bring any singular issue up to them. DCF was made aware and owners stated that they told them to just keep doing what they were doing....Appalling!

It’s not only negative it’s a Violation of safety! Read these reviews ! Someone found a nail in their child’s mouth ! Thank God I read these before placing my child here . After the owner herself was hateful and demanding of me . There is only one child In the infant room for a reason . The place is Filthy , I have been treated better by strangers and the ownership is definitely not Professional. Not someone I would I want to do anything with much less have in my child life.

My son has been here since he first turned 1, now 4 and amazes me with how smart he is. My daughter since just 8 weeks old, now 8 months. Mrs. Trina and the staff have became like a family. The staff are always helpful with any questions or concerns I ever have. My children are always well taken care of and always enjoys coming to school. They keep me updated daily with pictures and activities. I would highly recommend Hamma and Bampa's TLC, We love them!

I have 3 kids that go here currently. My oldest is now 5 and started around 2.5 years old and I have NO COMPLAINTS. They always keep me informed of everything and they always work with my payments. They are polite and they really do care. Im not sure if the below complaints are from the old owners but I speak with hamma and christian everyday when I drop off and pick up my kids and they both keep me informed of how my kids are doing .This is a really great center. The teachers are great too ! My son who is a mommas boy only goes to his teacher and loves her. the VPK teachers really keep you informed on how you child is progressing and what they need to work on in order to be kindergarten ready. My child who is 3 also has a great teacher is constantly working with my child to get potty trained. Lets not forget us as parents need to be involved with the daycare as well so we can get to know the staff more than the typical hi and bye and speak our minds when it comes to any issues as they do and always will get things addressed immediately.
