I wanted to update my review to recognize Ms. Gaby, who made such a meaningful difference in my daughter’s experience. She showed an incredible amount of patience, kindness, and genuine care, and always made my daughter feel safe, supported, and valued. Ms. Gaby took the time to truly understand my child’s needs and helped her grow both emotionally and developmentally. It was clear that this was more than just a job to her. The love and dedication she brought into the classroom did not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for Ms. Gaby and the positive impact she had on our family. Teachers like her are truly special 💛

The teachers here are so kind and caring! My daughter loves coming here. She has learned so much in such a short time! I am so impressed by their patience and love for our kids. They really try so hard to make this a safe and fun environment.

My son Adrien always comes home smiling and telling me about the great day he has. Ms. Ivy and Ms. Gabby are great caring teachers who always have a smile on their faces when they greet me. The time my son got hurt they called me immediately and reported everything about what happened. My son can be picky with food but I never get complaints from him about the food. Overall they do a great job here and my son loves it so much!

This daycare is by far the worst I have ever seen. Initially, I was informed that they would receive freshly prepared meals and that a chef would prepare their food daily. However, it turned out to be a huge lie. They always feed them reheated frozen food. The fruit isn't even fresh; it's frozen. They have a "menu," but they never serve anything from it. Instead, they serve a completely different dish and lie about what they served them on the app. My little one was in the toddler two class, and the teacher, Miss Beatriz, very aggressive. Didn't care about kids! :( Well.. let's just say they are super irresponsible. I saw kids fall and cry, and she did nothing to even comfort the crying child.💔 I noticed a bruise on my daughter's rib cage at daycare. When I asked the teachers about it, they claimed not to know what happened. I then spoke to the teacher, no explanation tried to speak to the manager, but they were unavailable, even though it was 5 pm on a Friday. 07/19/2024 One lady, was set at front desk and she told me the manager was left already. On Monday, I talked to the manager about my daughter's situation and mentioned that I was looking for her but was not at the facility. She claimed she was at the office, which is a complete lie. Despite her assurance that she would address the issue, I never received a follow-up from her or the teacher. They did not even bother to ask if my daughter was okay. Another day, I walked in on unattended toddlers bouncing around on the table. The teacher walked in a few minutes later. Honestly, I was super disappointed and decided not to take my daughter there anymore. The assistant manager. klitt was the only one diligently addressing issues, providing parents with clear explanations and a reassuring sense of comfort. I do not recommend this daycare. They are irresponsible and careless, and they lie to get you to enroll your child. They don't address parental concerns!

Horrible place. Wouldn’t recommend teachers don’t watch the kids properly. They let my nephew get scratched up in the face and back and don’t have a reasoning on how it happened and it’s not the first time! Very careless.
