I feel like Kids Choice Academy is like family to me . They are amazing the director and the staff are so nice and helpful all the time . My daughter has improve a lot ever since I signed her up for this day care . I feel totally safe having my child here and I’m so happy how they take good care of her. I would recommend anyone who has kids to take them there. It is an amazing place. The staff is very professional.

From Ms. Kim, Ms. Hira, Ms. Saba, Ms. Yasmira, Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Ernie, Ms. Mary, Ms. Serena, Ms. Angie, Ms. Nicole, and Mrs. Sara, to the staff members who are no longer with KCA—you have all left a lasting impact. Your kindness, compassion, and dedication to nurturing and caring for my grandchildren in my absence mean the world to me. There have been moments of struggle, and I sincerely appreciate Ms. Hira and Ms. Kim for providing reassurance and comfort during difficult times. I also want to extend my deepest thanks to the owner and Ms. Lena, who, through the advocacy of Ms. Hira and Ms. Kim, supported me during a financial hardship. Without your understanding and generosity, my grandchildren might not have been able to continue their journey at KCA, and for that, I am forever grateful. Because of the love, care, and support of KCA, my grandson is now receiving much-needed services through Montclair State University—an intervention that has truly made a positive difference in his life. Awful. This daycare has a plethora of issues. Some of the biggest issues include poor management and incredibly high staff turnover. On multiple occasions they decided to close the school for “staff inservices” and notified the parents via email the morning of school closure with no prior notice. The teacher turnover is so high and we were never notified of staff coming and going. When I decided to take my child out to enroll into a better daycare they refused to refund my security deposit. My recommendation to any parent interested in enrolling their child into this daycare would be to search elsewhere. There are plenty of daycares within a five mile radius that would take better care of your children.

My children have been attending this daycare since they were both born. There have been some trials and tribulations with staff members along the way but since their departure and replacements, the center has transformed into a place full of trustworthy and educated employees. Ms. Hira has fostered a very transparent and safe environment for both of my children who have diagnosed anxiety. She has created a comfortable environment for our children, allowing them to blossom into their own personality’s, but also with us as parents where we are able to effectively communicate in all aspects relating to the care of our children. I’ve seen her not only have a great connection with my children, but also with almost every other child under her care. Her communication skills and educational background make me feel very at ease knowing my kids are safe and thriving educationally. Ms. Julia is also very helpful and caring. Her patience and empathy with both children and parents are unmatched. And you can always count on Ms. Nichole for a laugh. All three teachers have put me at ease knowing my children will be protected and receive a great early education.
