A real review**My 8 year old and 2 year old love it here. Their hours are so helpful for our work schedules. We started going when our oldest was 2 and again when our youngest was 10 months old. They are so so patient with my Velcro kid and always communicate if there is ever an issue. They communicate any issues at the center(lack of staff due to illnesses that is out of their control) which rarely happens Taryn the owner is one of the friendliest and most understanding person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The staff is amazing and isn’t constantly changing like other daycares in the areas. Prices are truly the best around for the truly amazing care given. My oldest loves going during the summer or when school is out. I never have to worry about my kids there. Formally working in childcare I know what to look for good and bad. Tiny tots will always be the place I recommend for childcare.

I want to give a mega-review for the lack of professionalism and empathy with my 5-year-old daughter. It turns out that in June there were graduation ceremonies for the children who had moved on to kindergarten, and my daughter was very excited about having a graduation at the center where she spent 2 years with her friends. She had three days without attending daycare because I was on vacation, and I thought it wasn't necessary to send her. The big day arrived, and I was planning on going to the blessed graduation ceremony. When I received a message on the app saying that since my daughter didn't attend rehearsals, she wouldn't be able to attend the ceremony. and I told them please don’t take her out, she is very excited, we bought us gifts for her teachers and friends and a new outfit. I put her so she couldn’t be seen last but I didn’t take away her excitement and the owner’s response was “that’s not my problem, it’s not my business, it’s not going to hurt my act,” and I begged her but the whole time she was rude. In my frustration I told her I would take my daughter out for the next school period and she told me not to worry I’ll take her out. Immediately after that she blocked me and took me out of the system. It is worth noting that before that she threatened to tell me not to even think about showing up at the event because she wouldn’t let us in. She is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I take this opportunity to say that she keeps the hall with dirty carpets that stank and I complained several times. and they also make increases without notice.

Its always unfortunate to write a negative review for a business. Its even more unfortunate to write a negative review after trying to work things out with the owner. Sadly over the several weeks two incidents happened that warranted this post. The first incident started two weeks ago with a special needs child pinching my 6yo daughter. It ended with this same child pinching my 8yo son earlier this week. After addressing my concerns with the owner she informed me that it was my 8yo sons responsibility to "move away" from the special needs child when the child was getting out of hand. The owner in so many words told me that she would prioritize the non verbal autistic child's safety over my children's safety. The second incident happened in the week between these two incidents where the daycare abruptly sent a message out at 8:05am on a Tuesday morning saying that because they had 6 CALL OUTS they were closing early and would not be accepting anymore children for the day. Unfortunately this same thing happened that same week on Friday morning. I got to the daycare at 9:32 am to drop my kids off and was told they weren't able to be dropped off because they had 4 call outs and I was 2 minutes late past the drop off time. I was threatened with having CPS called on me if I left my children there. This unprofessional act made me have to cancel a very important medical test that I had scheduled. I posted a message through the daycares parent portal asking the owner, "to please call me", and she never did. These inconvenient incidents were brushed under the rug as business as usual. In retaliation after I expressed my frustration and concern with the safety issues the owner dismissed my children the same day (yesterday) I told her I would not be sending my kids there when the school year started. Thankfully I had already been looking at other daycare placements the week prior because of the unprofessional attention that was given to the concerns that had. It always sucks when you try to work things out with so called "professionals" but they think they have all the answers and know it all. I am making this post because the child that was pinching my children is still at this daycare and I wouldn't want any other children to have to dip and dodge or "get out of her way" as the daycare put it. Also, hopefully no one else has to experience a possible call.put from work or cancel an important medical test because of her habitual staffing issues.

Been going here for 7 years. Top notch care! The owner is amazing and so caring. I know when my kids are there, they are safe and loved. Can't say enough about how much we love Tiny Tots.

This place will go above and beyond for your child’s needs!!! The owner and her employees are absolute angels on earth. Taryn is so knowledgeable, and her employees truly care!! They do fun activities with the kids and the summer time is an awesome time for enrollment with water day!! Anyone who asks me for a recommendation I say TINY TOTS!! My daughter has high support needs and is really tough to win over. She loves all of the staff and especially the owner and her daughters! I feel so grateful to have found this place and to know my baby is safe, loved, and well taken care of is EVERYTHING! If you’re thinking of enrolling— DO IT 🫶🏼
