I removed my son 2 years ago because the teacher was bitten my toddler and another kids too. One of the mother presents a investigation and when they check in cameras was true that the teacher was bitten the kids. I remember one time pick up my son and he smelled like dog food can. My son everytime that I was pick up him he was so frustrated and cry a lot. One time I go to pick up my son more early than the time and he wasn't in the room with the teacher comes from another room that I saw a man I never knew If was a teacher or who the heck was. So parents be careful with this, because he doesn't supposed to be there. Other day another teacher have all the students seat in the table and was screaming to the kids really ugly she didn't notice I was outside of her classroom. And another one that is a black lady really tall I'm not saying disrespectfully was putting names on a kid and doing a lot of bullying on him and he was crying a lot. This people are really cruel with the kids, the behaviors of the teachers are unacceptable and unprofessional. This place needs to be closed completely.

No consistency. Staff is always turning over. Today a staff member pushed a high chair into another staff member and then swung the chair and brushed another parent with it. My child was pulled from daycare as that was his teacher who was acting like a fool. Owner talked to the employee but refused to waive the two weeks notice to remove the child or terminate the employee. Truly a money grab with no structure or decency.

My step daughter goes here while her mom works there. This place is a joke had an employee put their hands on my step daughter and leave marks. And no one called the police. They did call dcfs. The police should of been called on the spot. I seen pervious reviews of people saying the same thing. How is this place still open?

This place is a joke, they are understaffed and hire anyone. One of the teachers in the infant room was fired from a previous job at a daycare for grabbing a kid by the arm, and being mean to kids. And they hire people before background checks and finger prints are done because they are so desperate for help. This was the first time I had ever used daycare and it was a very bad experience. My child was not taken care of properly. She wouldn’t eat all her bottles, always spitting up because she was not burped, picked her up twice and she had dried up formula down in her ear canal because one of the teachers would just sit on the floor and feed her while she was laying down and not paying attention to her. She would come home and cry and fuss all night because she had a belly ache. And she would be starving because she wouldn’t eat all her bottles at daycare because they didn’t want to deal with her or work with her to eat. She was always in the swing. And when she first started she had to share a crib with another baby because they were over booked. (That’s a dcfs violation.) They had different assistants and teachers in the infant room everyday. The opening teacher was always late or calling in making me run late for work. I went to the director numerous times about these incidents and nothing was done. Tried calling the owners and they avoided me and wouldn’t call me back or answer the phone. I pulled my baby out and put her in another daycare and I love it there, wish I would of new about this place before putting her here! They have so many DCFS violations in that place , don’t understand how they get away with it or how they are even still in business!! DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE

We moved our infant son here from a home daycare and couldn't be happier. The staff in the Infant 1 and 2 rooms have been very nice and attentive to our son. Since our son is barely a year old I can't attest to the "learning" per se, but the staff do help the kids with toys and activities that are age appropriate.
