What Parents Say
Kiddy City Daycare has extremely polarized reviews. Long-term parents praise the staff, communication, and care quality, while recent parents report serious concerns about the owner's unprofessional and combative behavior, along with issues regarding staff conduct and information handling.
My children have been going to Kiddy City ever since my daughter was 5 years old, she is now 12 and my son at 6 weeks, he is now 7. The staff and owner have always been professional and welcoming. Without a doubt, I can say I have never had to question or worry about my children in their care. I would consider them family to me and my kids. Highly recommend!
Some of the ladies in there were very nice women incident and sued with the manager and my Son’s mother had a disagreement and she became very standoffish not knowing that I was on the phone. I heard everything that was say a lot of It was lies. There is no way to conduct business and no way to carry yourself because you take care of kids in the daycare $300 for a deposit is crazy plus $100 application fee after hearing the conversations on the phone. It shows people could be one way with you Act differently with others To tell someone just come get your son and get your baby and I’ll try to de-escalate the situation and try to conduct business It’s crazy one star
I’ve used KiddyCity numerous times for full-time childcare and once my children were school-age, before & after childcare. They’ve always welcomed my children and myself. They have great communication and my children love attending their center. They’ve love and respect the staff just as the staff love and respect my children! Whenever I need childcare, they are my first choice always! Thank you KiddyCity for all you do with our children!!!
I didn’t want to come up here and just have a bunch of negative things to say because of my poor experience with this daycare however seeing the reviews before me just confirmed everything she’s very argumentative combative and rude terrible attitude I felt like I was speaking with a woman from the streets like unprofessional however 2 females work there were amazing my son went for one day it took one day I don’t like the confrontation I try to avoid it but this woman was so combative and confrontational the moment I walked through the door I seen attitude all over her face I already knew I read the room it was a swipe issue for absent days that he didn’t attend he wasn’t enrolled so I fixed them however my worker didn’t see why my son needed to be marked for any days he wasn’t enrolled I hadn’t even submitted the application yet I didn’t understand any of it I let my worker handle it that’s where the problem came she called my phone speaking very rudely with back and forth he say she say it gave me a headache I felt like so overwhelmed it was so unprofessional very argumentative very combative bad attitude all around sum it up I told her I’m putting in a 2 week notice she told me come get ur son come get ur baby just like that! I have proof! and I did! With proof as well for all the drama this came with in 1 day I wouldn’t ever do it again trust your instincts when you go in there read the room and her energy it’s not good vibes at all not because of the workers but because of her when you meet her you’ll see
Owner is so unprofessional fussing at parent in front of other parents and children because she was being held accountable for her poor demeanor towards child and parent. Always had great experiences with all other staff except the owner. Ironic it was always an issue whenever she was on sight. I don't even want to give a star but have to just to post.
