What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Kiddie Country as an exceptional daycare with caring, attentive staff and a supportive owner named Randy. Children develop strong academic and social skills while feeling happy and secure. Multiple families report being so satisfied they drove extended distances or relocated back to continue enrollment.
My daughter has been enrolled here since she was 1 years old ( she is now 5 in the summer camp program). I can not describe in words how grateful we are to have found a place that we can trust with our child. The staff is friendly, caring and extremely attentive to our child’s needs. We love this place so much that we moved and shortly came back because we could not find the same level of service anywhere else. My child is very happy here and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for childcare in the West Tampa area. Randy ( the owner) is so great with the kids and Ms. Jay is a all time favorite with everyone and has been here for many years. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Highly recommend.
Caring, kind, responsible and accommodating. They have been a blessing to my daughter and me since she was 2, and she is now 6. Mr. Randy and Ms. Jay are especially great and I do not worry about anything. My daughter loves it too. VPK prepared my daughter for kindergarten very well, and the summer and after school programs are great too!
I sent my daughter to kiddie country for preschool 2019-2020, While we were excited to start school, once it actually started my little naturally was scared. The teachers were very accommodating allowing me to walk her into the classroom, and were amazing at comforting her. Her teachers would even text me photos of her throughout the day so I could see that she calmed down and was having a good time. Throughout the year she’s learned how to spell her name, wrote, count, she knows sight words- and has really great social skills with other kids her age. The previous school year started pre-pandemic. However, once COVID happened the school was on top of CDC, and local guidelines- updating parents on procedures, temp checks and regular hand washing throughout the day. My daughter just started kindergarten today, and I thought it would be very appropriate to express my gratitude to the educators at Kiddie Country. I couldn’t have asked for a better preschool experience for my daughter. Thank you all so much, for your constant support,I’ve and guidance and giving H. All the tools she will need to be successful in her early school years.
I loved having my kid at Kiddie Country! She was very happy to go to school and the owners and staff were always EXCELLENT with her! We moved all the way across town to Brandon and we had to change her school but it was a very hard decision. We actually added an extra hour to our commute every day for 6 months before we finally decided that it was just too much and that we had to make the move. It was a sad day when we gave them the news and an even sadder day when her last day finally arrived; even my husband cried like a baby!!! We love Kiddie Country and would recommend it to EVERYONE!
My daughter has the worst separation anxiety. She's only 1. The staff and owners are amazing! I could list a dozen things about how great they are. The staff is attentive. They switch out the teachers during the day, which i think is amazing so the teachers don't burn out during the day. My favorite part about this daycare is the outside play area. It's H-U-G-E for both tots and kids area. It's completely shaded. And the best part is that it's completely tucked away so it can't be seen from the road or the parking lot. It's awesome!
