Kiddie Academy Springfield was so accommodating and understanding. We needed childcare asap and since they had the space available, they were able to get us enrolled within 1 week. The team was excellent during the entire process, and they continue to go above and beyond during the normal day to day. Our daughter is in great hands. She’s adjusted so well and owe a lot of that success to her teachers and the staff. We highly recommend this location.
This is a long, honest review, as my kids have been here for a little over a year. Wow—what can I say about Kiddie Academy of Springfield? When I first brought my two children here, I was a nervous, anxious postpartum mom with two under two. My youngest was 8 months old, and my oldest was around 19 months at the time. After the birth of his younger brother, my oldest became more reserved, and a child who was once very happy became nonverbal. When I met Ms. Sandra, she was a beam of light with such great energy. She introduced me to teachers who all shared that same vibrant aura. I am so glad I chose this school. Long story short—my kids are thriving. My youngest commands any room he walks into. My oldest is talking nonstop. Every day he says new words, leaving me in total shock. A special shout-out to Ms. Ruth, Ms. Christina, and Ms. Isabella for their patience with my oldest. In just a matter of months, he has changed so much. He is independent, his personality is coming back, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I am truly thankful to all the staff. They are genuinely a family, and I will never forget the village that helped me during this season of my life. The teachers are so creative with the lessons plans. They always have fun activities for the kids. The admins are just as incredible. The school is beautiful! Don’t think twice, if you’re looking for a daycare/school for your kids! 10/10 hands down. Knowing that my kids are being well taken care of gave me the ability to go back to school. Thank you, Ms. Sandra, and the entire staff at Kiddie Academy of Springfield. You are truly my angels on earth.
I love kiddie Academy! 4 out of 5 of my children attended this school. Ms. Sandra is exceptional in every way, she always goes above and beyond and she truly loves the children that attend her school. I’ve had the pleasure of having a fair share of teachers since most of my kids went there (I didn’t live in Springfield when my oldest was small otherwise she would’ve attended also). Ms. Tania is amazing! We are going to miss her so much! My twins are so attached to her, sometimes they would make me wait an additional 5-10 mins because they wanted to stay with T T as they call her. Ms. Ruth has an impecable curriculum in her class! She is so diligent and thorough with her lessons. My twins started cleaning up at home and doing so much of what they learned in her class. Ms. Cherise, she is so sweet so caring and loving to the kids. My 5 year old would still go in to the school in the mornings because she just had to go see and hug Ms. Cherise, she left such a great impression in all of us. Mr. Sherwin, he isn’t there anymore but my kids adore him! He was so sweet and I hope he’s doing amazing wherever he is now. To all of the Kiddie Academy staff, you guys are amazing! I couldn’t have done it without all of your help and support. You have been a huge part of our lives and are like family. We will miss you so very much. Thank you for all the amazing memories!
Its been life changing for my family. The staff are unique and the director is one of a kind. Safety is the number one priority here and the communication is outstanding. Grateful for this location.
As first-time parents, starting our daughter at daycare at just 7 months old was nerve-racking, but Kiddie Academy has been an absolute blessing. From the moment I toured the facility, the director put us at ease. She clearly explained their philosophy and approach, which made Kiddie Academy an easy choice after visiting so many other daycares in the area. Our daughter adores her teachers, and the love and care they show are truly unmatched. I was initially worried about her missing out on that nurturing, affectionate touch only parents can give, but the teachers here find a way to provide it. From the way they interact with her to how lovingly they put her to sleep, it’s clear they genuinely care. I also love how inclusive and engaging the environment is. The spirit weeks and festivities are so much fun, and even the tiniest babies are included in the activities! It’s a joy to see our daughter be part of such a vibrant and nurturing community. Another major plus is the curriculum. I never have to worry about whether her developmental growth is being fostered—it absolutely is. The personal touch at Kiddie Academy is also remarkable. Even teachers who aren’t directly responsible for our daughter know her name and greet her warmly. Also, if there are ever any concerns, the staff members truly do their best to address it swiftly and with impeccable professionalism and communication. I appreciate that. It truly feels like a family here, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Highly, highly recommend!
