I grew up in this daycare. Both the little center and the big center. Faye Burchett is a very good mother, owner, teacher, as well as many other things. Yes, she is old school and I find it very odd that people and or parents want to judge her for giving the children that went there The discipline that their parents LACKED at home to give their children. This woman gave me structure, confidence, independence, and many other positive qualities. Half of these people who have left bad reviews are only going by hearsay I’ve noticed & have never even stepped foot in either facility so how can you say anything positive or negative about any of this situation? I went there for 12 years out of my life And had it not been for this daycare I would have missed out on so much knowledge, fun, experiences, and up most importantly, love. It’s a shame when parents get upset that another parent is able to give their child The discipline that they for some reason aren’t capable of doing themselves. That’s not Fayes or any of the employees fault nor the facilities’s fault that’s that child’s PARENTS fault

Ah, yes, the fine tradition of Thomasville parenting—where posting a Google review about child abuse is considered ‘doing your part’ instead of, you know, calling the authorities. Brilliant work, everyone. Truly, the finest minds that generational inbreeding could produce. It’s absolutely sickening that it took one parent who actually cared, a child needing medical attention, and an actual investigation before anything happened—while all of you left reviews spanning years saying this place was abusive, yet somehow thought Yelp was a better solution than state board, child protective services, or even law enforcement. This daycare deserves every bit of scrutiny, but let’s not pretend the people who ignored the red flags for years are any better. Reporting is free, but I guess neglect runs deep in Thomasville. I didn’t expect much more, to be honest.

Unfortunately I can’t leave a 0 star review or I would! Apparently they find it acceptable to put their hands on a 3 year old! Personally I feel they should be shutdown completely!!! Do not take your kids there!

Very unprofessional! Look at all the reviews and do your homework thoroughly. Dig deep make sure your child’s safety and well being comes first. Hopefully you will find out the truth before leaving you child. It only takes 1 day! Pray for this facility!!!

I called to speak to the facility regarding childcare. The person, who identified herself as the owner, was very nice at first. I could hear children being screamed at in the background while on the phone. The owner told me to hold a moment. I can’t say for certain that a child was hit, but I heard a popping like noise followed by crying by a child. When the “owner” returned to the phone I questioned this and she became rude and abrasive. She told me that it was not my business how she handles children’s behavior, followed by her hanging up on me. Very unprofessional. In my opinion they are physically disciplining children (although I can’t say that for certain as I did not see this- just based off what I imagine after what I heard when she put the phone down). I was glad she hung up on me, because I WOULD NOT tolerate that behavior towards my son if he enrolled. Bullet dodged. Just wanted to post a warning for other potential parents that may be interested in the care center and looking for reviews.
