I love this place -the outdoor pool is awesome -gym space nice and clean -my only negative is that the indoor pool is too cold they need to do something about that-the little kids who are taking lessons look like they’re freezing

Love this place, I mainly come to hit a workout at their gym. Been coming for 2 years. They have a lot of great amenities and great staff. What stops it from 5 stars is the hours. I work pretty late and have to race there to get a workout in before 9. but overall great facility, good gym, good staff, would recommend to others.

The JCC (and particularly the early childhood center) is one of the best things in my family’s life at the moment. Staff genuinely love my kids. Remember their names. And go out of their way to nurture and educate. Could not recommend it more highly.

Everything about this place has gone downhill. Does no one clean the fitness studios, the gyms or the lockers? I watched a guy in my aerobics class drip sweat globs all over the floor and mat, then walk away. Gross. I was the last person out and not a single person came into clean. The same with the weightroom and the pickleball court- no one wipes anything down. The only attendants in the place are a couple of nice college kids at the front desk who smile and wave then go back to their screens. You walk around the space and although there are plenty of members, it feels vacant and neglected. Not to mention their sporadic fitness classes. With no pool September-May, can you really justify $95-175/mo for two strength classes in the morning and one at 6p, and no evening classes at all Thursday-Sunday?? They may claim a certain number of "fitness" classes but they're either a) an additional cost like pilates or b)water 'moves', yoga or 6a spin. Not to mention that the JCC classes are often taught by non-certified, out of shape U students who seem to have gotten their routines from YouTube. To be clear, I'm not nor have I ever cared about a person's size. I'm just not up for taking a fitness class from someone who isn't fit. Would you see a dermatologist with bad skin? The JCC management is more interested in collecting your money than providing an exceptional, sanitary experience. They act like they are doing you a favor instead of the other way around. Be careful you don't complain. They will cancel your membership and keep your money if you have prepaid. "We reserve the right to terminate your membership for any reason at our discretion". Best to find an actual gym that respects its members.

I just joined your facility and am truly impressed. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the process of joining was incredibly easy. Not to mention, the rates are very fair. I'm also impressed by the variety of up to date gym equipment, group classes, and the indoor and outdoor pool!
