This place is raggedy. Do move here. Maintenance is trash. The leasing office will lock the door and watch people knock from outside. I’ve been asking to have things fixed for months and it’s still not done. Needless to say.. won’t be renewing my lease. 12 months of hell.

I moved here in August. I’ve been having so many maintenance issues it’s sad. The issues are never taken care of only bandaged until things are worse. First it was the tub leaking into the kitchen. That took forever to be repaired. It’s not actually repaired only bandaged but that i can deal with until my lease is up. But I’ve been having issues with the a/c and heater. The breaker goes out and flips off the a/c heater. My stove goes out also. I’ve been told to just flip the switch. I was doing just that until it began to happen more often. Every few minutes it would just flip back off. Now me and my children are stuck in 10-20 degrees with no heat for days. I was told someone would be out with no time frame. I may have to go to a hotel if this is not fixed before the sun goes down. The last few nights have been terribly cold. Not sure why move me into this unit with all of these issues. I’ve asked to be moved a few times. No other units available. This is so sad. We are literally layered up in clothing just to get sleep. My youngest son has now gotten sick. This is beyond terrible what ive been dealing with. Never expected this. Trash is always over flowing dead rats in the street because of it. If my worst fear was an apartment complex it would be this one. I saw people saying this is one of the best places to live which makes me want to move back to Houston. This cant be how everyone is being treated. This can’t be how everyone has to live. This can’t be ok. I would like to speak with someone in corporate regarding these issues. UPDATE: I am now being accused and falsely charged for two missing heaters that never made it to my home. This is truly a nightmare. I go and purchase two heaters due to maintenance not fixing the heater. Me and my children were freezing so i spent the rent money owed. I apologized and was heading to return the heaters to pay rent. Now rent and fees has gone to heat and fees and 2 missing heaters. My receipts show purchase. Cameras can prove the heaters were never bought to my home. But the office manager Bryan insists in charging me for them. This is horrible. Im literally in tears. No one should have to go through this kinda hell where they call home.

Update: I am moving and its bittersweet. 😢. If they had a 3 bedroom, I would have stayed. I have always felt safe, never had any issues, the office staff are phenomenal and treats everyone like family; they are always quick to respond and handle any situation. The grounds remain clean and the value for your living space is ideal. I recommend this property to anyone who likes being a part of a comfortable community in a location convenient to much. The lake with plenty fish is a plus. Great place to live! Quiet, clean grounds, great office staff (Sheila and Jennifer), clean pool and great hours - always open except Monday's unless holiday. Maintenance is quick to respond (esp. Carlos). Been here several years and my neighbors and I are so pleased. It's unfortunate that there was a recent fire but, the staff responded promptly (on an icy Sunday when office was closed) and community was supportive of all residence - for this I am proud. They are already replacing the damage and doing so in a fashion where other residents aren't inconvenienced.

Beautiful townhomes and a great area overall—everything about the location is amazing. However, the leasing office staff really bring the experience down. They come off as rude and unhelpful, and they’re incredibly slow to respond to questions. You can feel the attitude the moment you interact with them…not warm or welcoming at all. I’m still considering moving here because the place itself is lovely, but the management seriously needs to get it together.

This is a really terrible apartment and old to much mold roaches don’t let the pictures and reviews fool you very deceptive and will not ever come back over here again
