So, this is our second child to attend Bizzy Bee and we as a family just love this school. They make us feel like family with a very professional manner as well. MS.Lisa is such a great Teacher and fantastic person. Our child is always happy to go to school and always has fun. I recommend this school to anyone, I know with children. Everyone is always friendly and the Entire school is always very clean. If you're looking for a great pre school this is the one.

First I just have to say that I am in love with this school and the teachers. Their system works wonderfully and the children love going to school. As young as my granddaughter is she wakes up every morning with the biggest smile on her face because she is going to school. At school they focus on positive reinforcement, confidence and each child can be an individual but at the same time they fit well as a whole. Everythjng is monitored with radios from the playground to class. Great communication among the teachers. The food looks amazing. Fresh, healthy and smells like a real home cooked meal. Very colorful. The children learn and have good time at the same time. Lots of hands on. Gardening, farming etc. from the smallest thing to the every day needs. Nothing skips. Naps, play time and learning ! So happy I picked this school! Ps. also ms Lisa’s smile is addictive! It’s a pleasure to see her at drop off and pick ups !! She is a perfect balance of kind , sweet and firm. Great school and amazing staff/teachers. All and I mean it !

To begin, I want to commend the teaching staff. The educators at Bizzy Bee have been exceptional—caring, attentive, and clearly dedicated to the children and their development. My child’s experience in the classroom was overwhelmingly positive, and I’m grateful for the support and nurturing environment provided by the teachers. However, I did have ongoing concerns regarding the administrative leadership, particularly involving Director Lisa. On multiple occasions, my child came home visibly upset following interactions that reportedly involved her. While I understand that Lisa has been with the program for quite some time and likely cares deeply about the school, I believe there are moments when a more compassionate, child-centered approach would have been appropriate. Additionally, I observed several instances where teachers appeared to be overwhelmed or possibly out of ratio, while Lisa remained in her office, engaged on her cell phone. These observations raised concerns about active support and leadership during critical times. With full respect for Lisa’s tenure and contributions, I do wonder if it may be time for her to consider stepping back and focusing on her own family. Sometimes, knowing when to transition can be just as impactful as the years of service given. Please know that this feedback is shared in the spirit of improvement and care for the Bizzy Bee community. The school has so much potential, and I truly hope it continues to grow in a way that reflects the excellence of its teaching staff and the needs of its families.

My daughter has been attending the child center since she was two years old, and it's been wonderful to see her learn and grow in so many ways. She often comes home excited to share what she's learned, along with stories about her friends and the staff. The center has done a great job of keeping me updated about upcoming events, both in her classroom and in the Sarasota community. As we get closer to her transition to kindergarten, I can only hope that her new school is as warm and family-friendly as Bizzy Bee has been! Quality VPK program and jrs class. We appreciate how caring and knowledgeable the teaching staff in both VPK and Jr classes are. Our kids both attend, they are 2 and 4 yrs old. They enjoy going to Bizzy Bee and tell us about the activities and always seem to bring home fun art and have educational activities happening regularly. We know we don’t need to worry after drop off as they are in good care and learn so much each day. We are thrilled and amazed at how both of our kids express actual happiness to go to school and be part of the learning and fun they have there. The teachers and administrators are easy to talk to, professional and everyone’s on the same page. Our 4 year old will no doubt be well prepared for kindergarten as they practice routines and independence. It’s clear why BB has such a high star rating overall.
