Our son has attended Imagination Station for over two years, beginning on the infant side. We have had a wonderful experience. His teachers have been knowledgeable and kind, and it has been continually apparent through our son's reactions that he is comfortable with them and trusts them, which is so important to us when he has limited capability to verbalize his experiences. Staff has been great in working with him on developmentally appropriate skills to manage the typical toddler behaviors. They offer a range of activities, lots of outdoor time, and good balanced meals via the YFS meal program. Updates and photos through the Brightwheel app are very helpful to us in feeling connected to his day, and communication has overall been fantastic. On the rare occasion when a concern has needed to be addressed, it has been handled swiftly and appropriately. We are grateful to Leslie and her staff for the amazing work they do and are so glad we chose this daycare.
Amazing staff and management, so kind and understanding. They recently started using the brightwheel app, which is so helpful for communication, daily updates, and cute pictures showing how happy my kiddo is. The staff is not only kind to the kiddos, but also the parents, which is so important to me. I know they will let me know if there are any concerns and we can communicate appropriately to find a solution. They have done some remodeling outdoor and indoor and it looks fantastic. I’ve been very impressed overall with them and know my kiddos are in great hands.
I cannot say enough positive things about Imagination Station! My son is a handful! And we have been through a lot with his emotional and mental health. The staff have ALWAYS been understanding and supportive. We could not ask for more with a daycare. And he really likes the food!
The staff are kind, sweet, and loving towards my kids. My daughter talks about them all the time, and even brags to my school-ager about her amazing teachers. She also learns SO MUCH. always coming home with new information, songs, learning about math and writing. I absolutely recommend this daycare!
We tried this place for preschool for our daughter and we are pulling her out. Every day she begs us not to bring her here. She had two outbursts and I got a message from admin basically telling me I needed to have my child evaluated for autism and developmental delays. She's a super smart super great kid and they are treating her like she's awful. Are you guys having the little boy who bit her on the face and left bruises evaluated?
