My 4 year old daughter started pre-k at the center about 1 year ago and my husband and I are very happy with the care she received so far. We speak Spanish at home and this center really helped my daughter learned her English. The teachers take the time to teach your child their letters, numbers, colors and more. Ms. Leslyn and Ms. Krystal made learning really fun for the kiddos, my daughter would come home every day singing a new song or doing a new dance. They also keep you posted in their app with photos or videos of the activities the kids do throughout the day which is really nice to see. I love how the center has many family events throughout the year because you get invited to do crafts with your child, or go on a field trip or even just have a candle making day for the parents, etc. They’re also very affordable for all the services they provide. Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Susie were also very kind and helpful every time I had a question and made sure to keep parents informed of any grant or scholarship changes like the pre-k expansion grant and so on.
I am LOVING ideal so far . The environment and classrooms are so lovely and welcoming the building is very secure , the enrollment process was fairly easy and I had no issues. Ms.Vanessa welcomed us with open arms and gave us a nice tour and all the information we needed . They also assist with potty training ! They also have an app where You can also view photos, videos, learning milestones and other notes so you can feel at ease knowing your child is receiving great care throughout the day.
Great child care center my daughter is learning very well, they are always doin something with the parents and kids summer program is just as great. They open up at 6am-6pm for the ones that have to be at work early such as my self I would recommend to other parents and friends and family.
I called couple weeks ago to inquire about their daycare , I spoke with someone made an appointment. I arrived about 10 mins early ..children were outside playing..I asked where do I go I have an appointment the lady gave me instructions where to go. When I got to the door I rang the bell several times no answer , I called several times no answer. I waited until my appointment time no one came to the door so I left .. complete waste of my time . Don’t waste your time call somewhere else very unprofessional . The building looks unkept maybe it was a sign my children did not need to be here .
I had 3 children enrolled at ideal childcare from 2016-2019, and overall, having them there was a good experience. The owner is kind, considerate and friendly. The teachers were excellent, and did their job the best way they knew how. They helped my youngest to potty train, so they do work with you on that. They also helped my older two when it came to reading and writing. Before ideal, my children had never been to daycare, and while they were there, their social skills improved drastically. One of the safest places to send your kids to!
