It's hard to get in contact with the director. We've been on the waiting list for a while and I was notified that we have reached the top of the list. They forgot to put a specific detail about my child that I'm not going to put on this review. They were going to try a different route. I've been trying to get in touch with the director so we can schedule a day and time for this alternate route at the daycare. Each time I call they always say she's out the office, which is fine because I'm sure she is a busy person. Furthermore, they stated, they would write my message down and pass it along to the director, but I have not yet heard from her, which is quite frustrating. This is quite disappointing because she seems very sweet and the staff seems very sweet and helpful as well. I always heard great things about this daycare. But once again this is very frustrating because the lack of communication.
My Jessy loves going here! She's always happy to go in and happy when she leaves. She always comes out fresh as if I just dropped her off. The best thing is they actually care for your chil and she comes home doing or saying something new daily. We love it here! 😀
I love the way how Ms Erica handle my nervousness about sending my infant to the daycare during this pandemic. As soon as I enter the building I like the way it was and how much it has to offer us. Security was great, ,mask they wear was great where kids can she their smiling face, camera monitering was other ressurring thing for me,Mostly how passoniate she was about kids and their safety
