If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I have walked into that daycare to so many incidents like teachers screaming in kids faces, holding them down in a “time out chair” yelling at them very aggressively. It had me absolutely disgusted. They don’t communicate at all and the other day I picked up and my son had a very big bruise on his arm that couldn’t be explained. I have expressed my concerns with the daycare director and I told her I am going to be pulling my children in two weeks just yesterday. Today I dropped them off and after I left she called me and told me today is their last day and I can’t bring them back tomorrow although the next two weeks are already paid for. They are all very terrible and I could not stress enough this is a terrible place to bring your kids.
My two babies recently started but absolutely LOVE going and they always love on my babies as if they are their own. Such a welcoming, comforting staff. We are very pleased!!
I am beyond blessed my husband found this place. Ms. April and the whole staff made us feel at home. They treated my kids like their own and they went above and beyond as a daycare. I can truly call them family.
If i could give this no stars i would. We took our twin girls there and we thought it was a good daycare, but the 1st incident- a worker informed me that she let my child CHEW yes CHEW on her HAIR!!! and thought it was funny!!!!!! they did not fire that employee, or repremand them, then, 2nd instance, under new managment- I SAW A TEACHER GRAB A CRAWLING BABY BY HER NECK OF HER SHIRT AND THE TAIL OF HER SHIRT AND SCREAM AT HER AND THROW HER ACROSS THE ROOM!!!!!!!!!! i saw this with my own eyes and screamed, i was in shock, then they informed me that my girls would be moved to that room and i said that is fine that they are moving to that room but that teacher needs to be fired , if not arrested for her actions, the director REFUSED to fire that employee, we pay $800-$1,000 a month CASH MONEY for our girls to go there but she didnt even write up that employee or anything!!! So i removed my children and if your children are there in mrs Kays room, you should remove your children.
