Healthy Kids Extended Day Program INC.

When I took my daughter there, I had expectations. They do not post pictures everyday on the app. They still charge you even if your kid isn’t at the daycare. It’s very expensive and the staff are underpaid. Hopefully that changed now. Several times my daughter came home with other Childrens things and not only that you have to provide everything food, blanket, snacks etc. The staff was nice but I don’t believe my daughter got the attention she needed. I don’t blame them but I do believe there better places you can go to where they provide lunch and more educational programs for your child to excel. I know because I have found them for my daughter and she’s been very happy. The daycare itself was okay and small but the people who upper management are all about money so be careful. They will also harass you with collections and to pay even if your child didn’t get what was needed from the program and stopped going. This was my experience and I pray people have better experiences but I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends/family with kids to go here. I don’t believe you should be charged if your child is not at that the daycare and oh yeah there fees for everything late fee introduction fee you name it they got the fee for you which is on top of the tuition.

We had our 10 month old enrolled here, he was under the care of Mrs. Jody in the infant room. Our child had a lovely experience here, we picked them up every day with a massive smile on their face wich was the best. The director of the facility was cordial and attentive to our specific special needs. And the app the facility used was great, we got a full day report of bathroom / food / naps as well as daily pictures ! Wich was so lovely. Overall great experience would recommend, only reason for leaving was convenice of location to our new daycare.

I love how they care for my babies and send out weekly lesson plans to keep you update with what they are learning in class. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you Healthy Kids for all you do evening during the pandemic for us working parents. ❤️

In my opinion this day care was horrible while my children attended. Non stop issues such as holes in the walls and floors they wouldn’t fix, one of my daughters shoes got caught in the hole and ripped, giving the children dirty tap water, most of the staff don’t watch the kids so the kids are always getting hurt, they threaten to kick my special needs daughter out for screaming and having tantrums, they tell you to pick up your kids at any time because they are under staffed, they had lead in the building and outside and kept it a secret from the parents for over a month which we found out because one of the teachers told us they were all told to keep it from us and she felt bad and started telling parents and telling us to get the kids checked out , non stop secrets here and ran by a bunch of young immature non professional people. Eventually I feel they got tired of me complaining about the issues of the day care and sent an email saying my children were disenrolled from the day care no warning no explanation no details no notice so I called and was told both my daughters pulled a girls hair days ago and that it had been under investigation and they decided to let them go yet when I spoke to their staff no one knew about it or heard anything about this alleged fight that had happen days ago. So I pick my daughters up after receiving this email and my smallest child has a injuries to her head and hand and had to get medical attention. There was no details on why she had a lump on her head. Then I find out later another child hit my baby in the nose with an item at the daycare and had a bloody nose that the teacher cleaned up no one informed me of this. Children are not supervised and teachers are seen texting while not watching kids. I feel this daycare is very unprofessional and would never recommend it to anyone. They don’t even have water for the children and ask you to bring your own spoon everyday. Most important is the children that are always getting hurt. Below is one of the holes they had in the wall and kids were putting their hands in and pulling it out with white stuff all over their hands as old as that biking if I would not be surprised if they have Asbestos.
