I am extremely concerned and upset with the adminstrations decisions two weeks ago! I've gone through 7 perscribers in almost 6 years and they finally hired a NP Sarah who I've consistently had for two years and built a trust, and my opinion, the best one they ever had! Sarah genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help. She's a great listener, extremely knowledgeable in her profession. Her expertise provided much comfort and security to me! Sarah exudes a kindness and sweetness with her very positive optimistic personality, always happy, which is very hard to find these days. Sarah is gone, so imagine a Mental Health care facility administrators making decisions causing their patients mental heartbreak and anguish, does that make any sense to me? not at all! Sarah's journey will continue with a gain to others and a loss for the patients of Family Services who will never find anyone to fill Sarah's shoes! I will NOT go through this again with all the interim NP/DR's. I will NOT start over again with establishing a trust that can be ripped from me at any time by administrators! I will not ride that roller-coaster again! In my opinion the fault lies with the people who have been there the longest, the ones who are pretty comfortable in their positions, but for those comfortable people, remember New York state doesn't need a reason to terminate as you could be next. The board of directors needs to evaluate, investigate and take a closer look at the people they have trusted to maintain a healthy environment for patients and employees! This is politically disturbing and unfair. I really hope and pray for the Board of Directors to review their long time administrative employees as I smell some Skunks in the administration who could use their time better improving not creating havoc within a mental health facility to aid people

Incapable of meeting even the basic standards of therapeutic care and practice for people with more than everyday problems. Need career counseling? Sure. They *MIGHT* be helpful. suffering from a disorder or condition that needs deep analysis, plentiful attention, valuable insights, or more than minimal empathy ? This is NOT the place for you. Move on. They will make you feel even crazier when they can’t understand you!

Everyone at Family Services has treated me and my daughter with respect and compassion! They have gone above and beyond to help us navigate what feels like an impossible road. I can not thank them enough!!

Not happy with their slow billing system. I understand that deductibles have to be met but should have been warned how much I was going to have to pay per therapy session(165.00!) and didn’t find out until after numerous sessions especially trying to get out of debt.Very upset and will not be using them ever again!!! Make sure you find out the cost first!!!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone myself & my daughter have worked with at family services. Even the receptionists are extremely kind & caring. I have also worked with their center for victim services & have nothing but positive things to say about them all. Ty & keep up the good work :)
