The reason why I am choosing a five star rating was because I lost my card. I showed up five minutes before they closed and they were absolutely respectful. They got me what I needed. He also got my number and texted me the card so I could always use it in my wallet and kind of an older gentleman absolutely respectful Best way to treat somebody you treat me like family. and I just wanted to say thank you for giving me the service that you did.
First time at this YMCA, and have been a member for many years at a different location. I was wanting to visit because of the new amenities but the lady at the front desk was very rude. She made it seem like me and my wife were not welcome. And when she was talking to us about the hours they’re open she would say “our members” like if we were not allowed to go again. This needs to be a 0 star. Very very rude especially what we pay for for this gym.
I go there a lot and it is so much fun but they should add a bit more to it for bigger kids
Always cleaned and picked up. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Parking is a little hectic some days but you eventually will find a spot. :)
Great gym the staff in the front desk between 6pm and 10pm super nice. Super clean gym 100% Recommend
