Twinges in the Hinges with Yvonne has been a blessing to this Soldier in post surgery therapy. The class complements my physical therapy and is doing wonders for my recovery. Yvonne makes the class fun and personalizes certain moves just for you. Absolutely recommend it to anyone experiencing twinges in the hinges. The warm therapy pool feels divine and the class participants are always so welcoming and nice.
