A & Z Daycare

If I can leave a zero stars I would, First off, they don’t know how to handle their emotions right when it comes to toddlers. Second, they would tell my husband that “oh you can pick up your son before lunch he can have an early day” Third, they called me saying my son has a fever when in fact when my son got home he had NO FEVER! When my husband went to pick up our son the lady didn’t even say anything other than “OK BYE!” Please don’t send your kids here! Not only do they get mad, but they don’t know how to be professional.

It’s been years since my son has come to this daycare but seeing some recent reviews has led me to want to share my experience. The owner is very unprofessional, rude and has no customer service skills. High turn over rate with teachers and understaffed at times. Had warnings from previous teachers about the owner and other teachers. When dropping my son off in the morning, a lot of times, the teachers would not be on time opening the facility. Lots of my son’s clothes or belongings would go missing. I had my son fully potty trained at one point and would drop him off in underwear and I would be picking him up in a pull up. They did not work with him at all and often times had a diaper rash. The final straw was seeing bruises on my son’s ear and he would scream before going into the facility. He displayed anger and anxiousness when it came to going to daycare. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD IN AT THIS DAYCARE!!!! Owner only cares about the money and not your children, quality of care or teachers.

My favorite daycare in Central Texas. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond for my daughter. My daycare has attended since she was a baby and is now a school ager! Very clean and friendly facility.

I had a concerning interaction with the daycare owner over the phone while inquiring about enrolling my child. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, the owner sounded frustrated and failed to introduce herself politely. When I mentioned my intention to enroll my child, the owner's tone became aggressive and unprofessional. I expressed my discomfort with the situation, and the owner's response was loud and confrontational. This experience left me feeling disrespected and concerned about how they may treat their staff and children. I have decided not to proceed with enrolling my child at this daycare and would caution others to be wary of such behavior. It's disappointing when initial interactions reveal such negative aspects of a business.

My son loves it here, he never stops talking about his teacher Ms.Mo. Every morning on the way the center he’s always excited to see her. I can see that he is learning a lot in her classroom because he comes home knowing something new every other day.
