Happy Haven Childcare

This place in my opinion gets zero stars. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. Andrea thinks she can tell parents what to do with their kids. Andrea does not allow parents to walk back where the children classrooms are located. My grandson told Andrea that he had to use the bathroom and she refuse to allow him to go to bathroom. My grandson wet his pants. Most of the staff are not even qualified to work at a daycare facility. I definitely recommend not using this daycare center. This center is not to be trusted. After looking at other reviews I'm surprised that they are still in business.

Happy Haven has been a second home for our son for almost 4 years, where he has felt safe, loved, and happy and has been given opportunities to explore his imagination and learn. Happy Haven not only has met our expectations but vastly exceeded them. From day one, we were greeted warmly and all the teachers seemed to express genuine care and concern for our child, as though he were their own child. Our son has been happy there and looks forward to going to school. We never got the impression that staff of Happy Haven were there just for a paycheck, but rather it was evident that they wanted to make a positive impact on children’s lives. We have continuously been impressed with how much he learns there and the strength of the community at this childcare center. It feels like an extended family rather than a business. Much of the staff have been there the entire 4 years that our son has been there, so there is relatively low staff turnover. We honestly have nothing but great things to say about our experience over the past 4 years.

Love the admins and the teachers! My daughter has been there since she was 6 mths old to 2 yrs. Same staffs. I love seeing Kha Ai coming home with a different hairstyle (first time mom here, still learning) unfortunately we have to relocated. Definitely recommend this daycare.

I am really thankful to have found a center that could be as loving and nurturing as family. As my son’s first exposure to childcare outside of home, I was very nervous and apprehensive, but EVERY STAFF MEMBER opened their arms up to not just my baby but also to me! All of the instructors knew my son even if he wasn’t in their class and that added an extra sense of security. It showed that they ALL were accountable to ALL of the children. I got daily pictures and updates on my child’s day and was kept in the loop of developmental milestones. He’s excited when I mention school, and often times reach for the instructors before I even get to tell him “ See you later” at drop off! Every thing happens for a reason and we were blessed to have a center close to home for my son’s educational transition!

I am so pleased that both of my daughters have nothing but a 5 Star experience at Happy Haven Childcare. The director has been so professional but more important nurturing to my daughters and I feel so confident that my children are in a wonderful and nurturing environment as they prepare to go to public school.
