I have been able to use drop in services for my child. When her normal in home center provider had a stroke, Happy Faces saved the day. They allowed us to enroll easily for drop in/daily care services and my family will forever be grateful. The staff are kind and always willing to help. Leadership is attentive and responsive to needs as well. Thank you to the Happy Faces team.

Happy Faces Academy is an exceptional childcare center that truly goes above and beyond. From the moment we enrolled our child, we knew we had made the right choice. The staff is incredibly warm, caring, and attentive, making our little one feel right at home. The facility itself is clean, safe and very big.

I honestly don't know where to start, other than, I love HFA, New York Avenue. Ms. Green spoke with me in August of 2023 when I was in search of a childcare home for my kiddo, with some special needs. She was super reassuring, along with the owner, Ms. Adams, who met my baby and thought he'd be a good fit for HFA. Ms. Adams worked with me to make sure my little guy was placed appropriately, and he continues to grow and thrive with is amazing teachers/care givers. Ms. Green continues to check in 'til this day. Not quite sure what we're going to do when his time comes to transition out- as all of the staff he encounters LOVE him, and he loves them right back <3 Thanks to Ms. Tasha for touring us, and being a source of comfort if he's having an off day, Ms. Morika for always making sure my little guy is good, and greeting him with a big smile and reassurance, Ms. Evans for her leadership and guidance and all of his Cosmos teachers. We can't thank you all enough! There's so much more- but I knew we had made the right decision when HFA opened their doors for another school that had a building emergency; so other families in the area wouldn't be displaced. This was an amazing gesture on their behalf to ensure the safety and continued care for other families in the community. My nephew has been attending Happy Faces since November 2022. He’s always having fun and learning, also he’s receiving his speech therapies there. The staff is very collaborative with the therapist. Ms. Gomez is a good teacher, caring and very professional. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Happy Faces Academy , they are apart of my family always! I've been a Parent with them for 13 years! I trust this organization with my children because they are caring and attentive to the needs of families, I was able to receive my voucher directly through the center, they hire highly qualified staff and their nutrition program is top tier! My children are cared for and it eases my mind when I am at work. My youngest baby began at just 8 weeks old and is developing and growing exponentially. I love how they send me pictures throughout the day and communicate professionally and effectively through the Procare app. My oldest children graduated from their PreKeep program and are currently excelling in their Elementary and Middle School education as honor roll students and Stem fair finalists. I've been with Happy Faces since Ms.Bean and Ms.Adams were running the flagship Brentwood location and I value and appreciate the high quality care and education they have provided to all of my children.
